Extraordinary house for a great holliday!! I really can't think of any better holliday accomodation i have ever been to. It is as beautiful as the pictures show, with mountain and especially sea view. The large garden is actually kissing the sea with direct access and private stairs to the see (although at the time of our visit in April the water was too cold for swimming). Important to note that the villa is actually divided to 3 seperate apartment, each with a small kitchen, bathrokm and living room, allowing for a combination of privacy and communicy. Besides the wonderful setting, the owner was incredibly generous with the house amazingly equiped with wine, cofee, pastries, and plenty of amenities evertthing needed for laundry, bathrooms, cleaning, and even first aid. Any request and question was met with a quick answer or solution, and communication was great (in English in our case). Cant praise this place enough. The surrounding area is amazing with beautiful mountains, beaches, natural scenery, aroumd the cities of Patras and Nafpaktos. The islands of Zankynthos and Kefalonia are also not to far away.

A beautiful house! We were welcomed to the house by the owner and enjoyed our week there. Also our dog was happy with the huge and beautiful garden.

The location and grounds are perfect. The airconditioning was great and essential in the heatwave conditions. The finishes inside the property are very high end and the beds super comfortable. Loved the chair swing in the garden!

This is an absolutely amazing villa (great design, high quality materials used for building it up…. increased attention to small details and accessories that make it feel very hommy, cosy and confortable). It can be seen and felt that this was designed with great passion. The backyard however makes it even more special - and this is actually better than in this pictures as the plants that Mr. Thanasses has rigourously and passionately planted himself have grown and additional delicate accessories have come into place (different sunbeds in several key locations of the garden so that you can benefit from maximum intimacy while enjoying breathtaking views). The owner’s kindness who made us feel spoiled through our entire stay: welcoming us with few bottles of local traditional wine, a bottle of champagne and big baskets of fruits (the kids loved it after such a long drive). During our stay he kept on surprising us with watermelons, small presents for the kids, sweets, etc. Last but not least the beach that is just walking distance (in front of the Teatro Traverna) and the great hospitality that we were taken care by Angela and her family during the entire vacation. It as soo good that we stayed there almost every single day! I would highly recommend it, especially the fresh fish and the deserts (always from the house).
