The location is excellent,calm and close to the most of POI, bus traffic, sea, beaches, restos, groceries etc; kitchenette and bath are good equipped and comfortable, TV set doesn't work although we used it as radio.

The flat was one bedroom with a double bed (for a couple) and a large living room with a bed and a sofa - 2/3 family members could stay comfortably. It was very easy to find the flat from the bus station as directions were given by the host. It was at the heart of the city center and a stone's throw from the seafront. Everything was within walking distance. I love the fact that a 24hrs bakery is within a 10mins walk. The host was very kind to permit me to check out late as I had a late departure.

Fabulous, conveniently located in Kato Paphos, close to the municipal baths yet quiet, very clean, no funky smells whatsoever, spacious, can easily accommodate for three people, the single bed in the living area is super comfy with 2 mattresses. Very well equipped, a washing machine, fridge, cooker, table and chairs at the front to sit outside. Wonderful host! :)

The location of the apartment is perfect if you want to walk to the shore, it takes maximum of 5 minutes. Everything is near by. The place was well-equipped. Recommend it.

The apartments are in a great location, everything is within walking distance. We had a late check-in and the hostess left instructions on how to get the key, thank you. She also left a small bottle of wine and snacks, which was nice because... We arrived at 3am and didn't have the energy to go buy something to eat. The only warning is, do not leave the key in the door from the inside when you leave the room, if the door closes, you won’t be able to open it from the outside, then you will need to call a locksmith and pay money to open the room, the hostess did not warn about this, but informed in fact, when we thought we had the key in the door, the door slammed shut. There was no washing powder in the room, when they wrote to the hostess, they did not receive an answer, they were left without powder, and the situation turned out to be such that it was necessary to do laundry :( Take care and have a good rest everyone.»

Good location, friendly host, it's a studio flat so everything is just for you, it's very well equipped. It has power supply adapters for the EU type.

Owner was very welcoming and kind. She gave good suggestions on things to visit and explained the time it would take to get there. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to some of the main archeological sites in Kato. Quick easy walk to the harbour station for the bus to and from the airport for those travelling with backpacks.

This apartment is really nice place to stay. There was everything that we needed. Location is also perfect. Andry is great host, very friendly and always ready to help.

The property was in an ideal location, moments away from shops, bars and the beach. It came well equipped with everything you may need on holiday and even included those things you most probably forgot, or at least I did. The apartment was nice and spacious, very clean & even offered parking if that was something you needed. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming and informative. She even picked me up from the bus station to take me directly to the apartment, along the route she should me places to visit, my local shop etc. When I had any questions she was very prompt to answer and overall I felt safe and at ease in this property.

Andri is very kind, accommodating and took care of my stay really well. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had much more than I expected. Accommodation in a great location in a quiet and peaceful location.

Lovely place, everything is verry nice. Sea and the kato paphos center is just around the corner. Owner is verry lovely also helped us showed around and when we came she had left us a bottle of wine and local grapes.
