The House By The Sea

Surrounded by lush greenery, the tastefully decorated, air-conditioned villa features country-style decor and a seating area with fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a dining table, a stove and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. A TV and CD/DVD player are also featured. The House By The Sea is 2.5 km from the town of Chania and 16 km from Chania International Airport. The port of Souda is 8 km away. The property offers free private parking for two cars. The whole villa can be booked only by one guest, one family, or two friendly families or relatives, but only by one booking. In other words, if you are more than 5 persons, you would take the whole house. That means sea view apartment & garden view apartment. If you are 4 people, you did not need the garden view apartment (downstairs space), but we are not allowed to host strangers at the same time as you.
