We had the most wonderful six days at Kosmos Studios and Kato Daratso – Maria and Elena are amazing and made us feel welcome and at home. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We had everything we needed just minutes away: nice beaches (5–10 minutes on foot), a bus station (from where you can reach Chania), great restaurants, and a mini market. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back (for longer next time)!

The accommodation is in a great location - very close to the beach and within walking distance of several others, so you have plenty of options to explore. There’s a direct bus stop to the centre, a parking place right in front of the hotel, and even a nearby park to enjoy. Maria is very friendly host and full of smile person; she provided us with all the tips and recommendations we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent apartment. Even better than in the photos. A room for 4 with two bedrooms and a living room with a small kitchen. Both bedrooms have air conditioners. The room has 2 balconies, one large with a table and chairs, with a view of the mountains, on the second balcony there is a convenient clothes dryer. Clean, regular cleaning, has everything you need. Very hospitable hostess. Always answered, helped with ordering a taxi, treated to local dishes. Convenient location, 2 beaches nearby, the road to which passes through a pine park. The sea is clean, calm. The beaches are sandy, gently sloping, there are sun loungers and free space for your towel. You can settle down under the trees, where even at midday it is comfortable. Even at the peak of the season it is not crowded. There are many taverns and restaurants with good cuisine nearby. The best in terms of price-quality ratio and close to the apartments are Origano’s and Pérgola. From the airport the road takes about 30 minutes by taxi/car. Near the apartments there is a stop for bus 21, which is convenient to get to the center of Chania, it runs very often, the road takes 20 minutes. Kosmos Apartments are an excellent choice for a holiday in Crete.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the beach is close. Maria the host is very kind and positive woman, she gave us a lot of important information for renting a car and everything about places to visit in Crete!
