The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and located close to a beautiful beach. George and his family prepared the home to feel like a home. He also left great recommendations for the area and was readily available when we needed information or help. It was also wonderful to arrive to a fridge full of fruit, delicious olive oil, and cake for our breakfast! Thank you to George and his family for making us feel at home. We hope to be back again.

Air conditioning established in every room. Location is close to sandy beaches. Very quiet at night. Incredible host - greeted us with a bottle of local olive oil and delicious home baked cake, as well as some fruits and cold drinks in the fridge.

We have traveled extensively, and this has undoubtedly been one of the best experiences in terms of accommodation. Parking is available at the doorstep. It offers a perfect balance between local locations and access to the island's roads, and the apartment is very comfortable and excellently equipped. Near the house there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants... and the beach, which is 5 minutes away, is excellent. George is also an excellent host. He lives next door and is willing to help with additional information and recommendations. We felt right at home. We will be back.

Very nice and cozy renovated apartment with plenty of space and huge terrace. Few beaches at 10 mins walking distance. Super nice and helpful host that offered home made biscuits, olive oil and plenty of tips. Definitely recommend!

It was perfect for relaxing. Comfortable beds, excellent location and awesome hospitality. George was helpful in everything and his Mom’s cookies came from heart. The silent location was perfect for relaxing for us. The photos in the advertisement show the reality. The beach was only for short walking. Shops and restaurants were close with full service. I offer this apartment if you want perfect holiday.

Lovely, spacious apartment that felt much bigger than the photos. The 2 outdoor patios were wonderful and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. George was friendly and helpful and the fruit, treats and amazing cake were a lovely welcome. It's a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a quick drive into Chania. Highly recommend!

“Everything was great.”

Everything was great. Apartment was very clean and perfectly and modernly equipped. It was easy to cook and do the everyday laundry, which was useful when having holidays with kids. A big terrace was luxurious, and you can always choose sun or shade, both are available. Location was also good for us: neighborhood was very peaceful and safe, quiet at nights, and beach was easy to access by a nice short walk and bus stop was only 100 meters away. Supermarkets very near, there you find everything you need, and many cafes and restaurants also near, it's a nice walk there in the evening. The nearest beach, Chrissi Akti, was wonderful for us who love to swim and enjoy beach life, clear water and soft sand. Getting to Chania and elsewhere too is very easy by bus so don't need a car necessarily. The hosts, George and his family, were super kind, friendly and always helpful and we were even pampered with delicious homemade cookies and pie and there was also welcome-raki made by George's father. Their hospitality was super lovely and it made our wonderful holidays even better. George was always answering our questions and he ordered us taxis from and to airport as well. For the kids there was a lots of stuff to the beach in the apartment, on windy days kids enjoyed the waves with boards George gave them. This was surely and honestly the best accommodation experience of the many good that we've ever had and we wish to get back one day. Everything went just perfect! Thanks George and the family.

“Large apartment, great location”

Large 3 bedroom first floor apartment with a huge terrace. A short walk from a lovely beach, and an even shorter walk to shops, supermarkets, and coffee shops. Set in a residential area off the main road into Chania, however it was very quiet. We really loved everything about this apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We had plans to go out on day trips, however we barely moved from the terrace and the beach! George and his family were lovely. Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment. It had everything we needed and more for five adults. It was really comfortable, spacious and absolutely spotless. Great location - just a short walk to supermarkets and great local restaurants. Really regular quick bus service into Chania and its beautiful old town. Ten minute walk to the local beaches. George and his family were lovely hosts and came back immediately to any questions we had. We really enjoyed meeting them.

Friendly, welcoming host. He assisted us with our luggage and showed around the apartment. Welcoming Cretan raki (spirit), homemade cookies and fruits were a very nice touch indeed. There is parking available and the apartment is located in a quiet area which was a great bonus for us. City centre is about 5-10 minutes drive and there is a beach nearby but unfortunately we did not have the time to visit. Bonus: Host treated my dad with a bottle of homemade raki and he was ever so grateful.

“Excellent. Very nice host.”

The apartment is on the first floor(with own entrance). The owner lives on the ground floor. Very nice and friendly guy. He showed us everything, He left us olive oil from their farm, his homemade raki and a cake from his mother. He was very helpful, he recommended us trips, beaches and very great restaurants. The apartment was clean and large enough for five people. Has a large terrace with sunbeds + a smaller terrace (the sun shines on one in the morning and on the other in the afternoon). The single room is without air conditioning, but you can open the door to the main room and there is one (as well as in the other two bedrooms). The apartment is a short distance from the beachs (about 10 minutes away, shallow, very suitable for children), as well as a wonderful bakery with good coffee. Next to is an Italian restaurant with excellent pasta. On the other side of the road is a store where 0.5L of raki costs €3.70... everything you need in one place 😁 The city center is about 4 km away, but it's a nice walk along the coast. We can 100% recommend this accommodation. Only minus that .

“Comfortable, great locaction, lovely hosts”

Spacious and comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot, the sofa was comfy for relaxing. The terrace is bigger than might seem from the photos. We had most our dinners there. The bed was comfy. Not too soft nor too hard. Also it was a 180cm width with an oversized blanket which was a big plus.
