Fantastic location, near the beach, bus into town only takes 10 minutes and is less than 2 mins from the house. The supermarket is literally next door and stocked with everything you could need

“Wonderful property, location and hosts! Perfect!!”

This property is absolutely delightful and exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful inside and out…with well kept garden is private and contains lemon and banana trees, a hammock, bbq, table and chairs, swings, outside shower and sun loungers..everything that you could possibly need is provided! It was blissful!Inside the property was just perfect, on a single level with 2 bedrooms, lots of storage space and nicely decorated. A fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you could need and much more during your holiday. There was plenty of storage space for clothes, wardrobes, drawers and a safe. Cleaner visited every few days and changed bedding and towels. The property has full a/c system and plenty of hot water for showers. Shower over bath was not an issue for us. The owners, Yanni and Georgia, met us on arrival and were wonderful hosts during our stay. They left us a bottle of wine and some delicious pastries made locally. They provided recommendations of places to visit and good restaurants to try and were always available and responsive on WhatsApp for any queries we had. The property is walking distance to some of the best sandy beaches we have visited in Crete and the bus stop to Chania is literally opposite side of the road..fantastic! Small Supermarket next door was great and offered everything you could need albeit we were not cooking during our stay but we bought milk, bread etc. Overall this was a wonderful property, in a fantastic location with superb hosts that we fully recommend…we will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay here. The property was just perfect and so well equipped with everything we needed. Great air con - much needed! The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach. Shops bars and restaurants no more than a 5 min walk. Easy access to the buses into Chania. Lovely private outside space. We spent lots of time on the terrace. Yanni and his family were great hosts and responded to any questions really quickly. They provided a great guide to the area as well.

“Excellent place for family with children and even a toddler”

Location, it’s close to the sandy beach and a mini market is next to the house. Bigger markets are 400m and 1000m from the house. One bar is next to the house, and another one is on the beach. The last one is much better. Bus stop to Chania is just less than 100m away. The host. I have never seen before such a high level of hospitality. Million thanks to him! The house is very cozy inside with everything you might need, and there is an awesome garden outside! Our toddler spent most of his time there investigating plants and trees and hunting a cat :-) It was safe for the toddler to be outside.

Beautiful holiday home for your vacation. Very clean, in very good spot near to perfect golden sand beach and bus stop so you can be in center of Channia in 15 minutes. Yanni will fulfill each requirement of yours and will be helpfull in every situation. If you are looking for vacation where you would like to feel like at home, this is definitely your booking.

“Nice Chania experience”

Our 10-days family vacation was really nice in here. I really loved the garden with lemon trees and the outside shower. The large windows from the master bedroom give a nice light. The kitchen has almost everything you need! The host has sent me a list with good restaurants which was really helpful.

“This was our first stay at Anna’s Sea House, but hopefully not our last!”

We stayed here for 7 nights (2 adults + 1 toddler). We found he house easily, about 25 minutes drive from the airport. The neighborhood is very good, 4-5 minutes walking distance to a very nice beach with fine sand, beach bars and it’s very appropriate for small children because it’s in a small gulf, so no waves and smooth, shallow water for at least 30m. There are stores and bars and restaurants also nearby. There is a sports bar right next door and although it can get a little loud in the evenings, the mood is nice and the music they play is exceptional (Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin etc) The house has everything you might need for a short or long stay, the kitchen is fully equipped, there’s aircon in every room, the beds are very comfy and the wifi works great (we had to do some remote work during our vacation), the water is drinkable and the water pressure is sublime, the shower actually feels like a massage which is amazing after a day of swimming and sunbathing. The interior design is also very thoughtful, in my opinion, beautifully decorated to give you a perfect vacation feel, lots of windows with shades, dimmed lights, nude colors throughout but with colorful accents, it’s even more beautiful than the photos, I was delighted! But what delighted us the most was the yard. It feels more like a botanical garden, a perfect contrast to the nude colors of the house, with lush greenery and flowering plants, everywhere you look there’s something to admire. There’s a nice barbecue spot that we used, but we mostly sat on the terraces, or on the chaise longues in the evenings, watching the stars. You can find a shady spot to enjoy a cold drink any time of day. And there’s an outside shower with hot and cold water, which was very handy after the beach. But what truly made this great stay an exceptional one was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the hosts.
