“An exceptional place to stay”

Everything about this hotel is fantastic - it's tastefully designed, quiet, extremely well maintained (sparkling clean and flowers everywhere!). Our room was spacious and comfortable; the breakfast was great with a variety of tasty things on offer and plenty of fresh fruits. The nearest (lovely) beach is a literal 5 minutes walk with 3 more beaches reachable withing 15 minutes. Parking is available infront of the hotel and if you don't feel like driving, there's a bus to Chania that stops a few meters away and takes you to town in about half an hour. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. What made the stay truly exceptional though were the people - every staff member was genuinely kind, helpful and professional, ready to answer all questions and help you get the most of an already great experience. I would not hesitate to come back!

We had a fantastic stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. Amazing location , literally 1 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. Ladi restaurant offers delicious flavors and very well-prepared dishes. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely choose this place again.

“Beautiful peaceful Greek Paradise in Chania”

Everyone at Airis is so incredibly kind and helpful in making your stay memorable and comfortable! It’s a beautiful property close to Chania and the beach in front of the resort! I would recommend this to anyone going to the area simply because of the people, but not to mention the hotel is beautiful and so clean as well- they provide fresh linens and towels, coffee and water for your room everyday and go above and beyond for your stay! Thank you everyone at Airis for making our honeymoon fantastic!

“Quite superb experience just 20 min away from Chania”

What a place! We loved it! We've never felt so well taken care of. The personnel are amazing, kind and considerate. The hotel is new, the rooms are excellent, the bed was comfy, the bathroom large, the terrace was just right for two people. It is close to Chania, 20 min by public. Just 2 min away there is a bus stop, and the bus arrives every 10 min. The hotel organized music evenings at least 3 times during our stay. They helped us booking a trip by boat to a famous beach. And there were at least 3 beaches at a very close distance to the hotel. I would recommend the one at Sunset bar, just Google it. Worth it!

“A great location for some excellent beaches and close to Chania town.”

Excellent staff. All are friendly and helpful. A good range of food for breakfast with some daily changes for a bit of variety. The room was fresh and cleaned every day with new towels. Pool towels are provided and we were told that we could take and use on the beach too, which was a bonus. There are 4 beaches close by and the best is probably the one that is nearest (Yannis Beach Place). Depending on which way the wind is blowing can help decide which beach to go to. The hotel has 2 small pools and the pool area is pleasant but feels a bit cramped. However we never had a problem getting sunbeds if we wanted them. The hotel is a few miles/kilometres out of Chania town. A great place to visit, especially in the evening, but you need a bus/taxi/car to get there. On arrival, knowing that we were English, they offered us a kettle and mugs instead of or as well as the expresso coffee machine in the room! There was also an iron and ironing board available and offered.

“A wonderful break in an exceptional hotel”

The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern with good sized rooms, two nice pools with cabanas and sun beds and well located for the beach and bus into Chania. All the staff are very friendly and helpful without exception. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance but the food in the hotel is very good although the menu is limited

Breakfast was simple but very fresh. Location was slightly away from activity but taxis were easy and cheap

This is a gorgeous hotel in a prime location. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, and efficient all round. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy, with beautiful grounds, pool, loungers, etc. There is a well stocked outside bar by the pool, and a lovely restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfy, with private bathrooms and good amenities. The breakfast provided is excellent, with a great range of options. The beach is a ~5 minute walk with a choice of 3 bays in close proximity. They all offer plenty of space and have bars for food and drink. The sea is clean and there is a disabled access ramp on the central bay. In the area there are a number of lovely restaurants, and a bus route runs past (~3 minutes to the bus stop) into the city which is only around 4 euros. This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, and while we had some unrelated issues this time, the staff at the hotel were incredibly supportive and made the whole stay very enjoyable.

“Relaxing vacation”

Very relaxing atmosphere, lovely staff, great location close to beaches

This hotel is outstanding. The whole team that work there are friendly, professional and kind and they all look so happy to be working there. Their energy is just so welcoming, positive and calming. Everything about our time there was just perfect. The location is ideal too, with several stunning beaches just minutes away, and Chania Town only a short bus or taxi ride away (or a pleasant 1 hour walk along the coast). Tavernas, restaurants and beach bars are nearby, as is the supermarket and bus stop. The daily cleaning is immaculate, the bed comfortable, and they serve gorgeous food at their restaurant and delicious cocktails from their bar. The pool area is stunning too with a choice of comfortable Cabanas, or loungers . We love this place! We can't wait to return next year!

“Lovely adult only boutique hotel close to sandy beaches with clear sea water”

Lovely adult only boutique hotel only a few minutes walk to several beaches. A good sized supermarket less than 10 minutes walk and a good choice of bars and restaurants. Every member of staff from reception to cleaners smile and greet you. Great buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed their very good cocktails every evening. We would love to return.

“Fantastic stay”

Fantastic hotel, extremely clean and comfortable, location couldn’t be any better. Right next to the some of most beautiful beaches we seen on the island, and only 15 minute bus journey into Chaniá. The reception staff are exceptional, go above and beyond to help you and make sure you have a great holiday. Would highly recommend the food at this hotel too, some of the best we had on the entire island!

The hotel was very clean and everything was functioning properly despite some signs of aging. Staff were very polite and helpful and are obviously doing a good job maintaining the hotel. Air conditioning in our room was pretty silent (individual AC unit). The hotel is within a walking distance from some nice beaches and a very short bus ride to some very nice beaches. It is next to a bus stop so getting to the city is quite easy. The hotel pool was nice and clean.
