“Beautiful and peaceful”
Exceptional views. Owners are lovely, checked in on us multiple times and were so welcoming. They waited late for us to arrive as our flight was delayed and showed us around and halfway through our stay brought us a homemade cake. Everything was well looked after all they were always happy to help when needed.

Love the villa with all amenities. Many thanks to Phaedra and Orestis for the welcome gifts of veggies, breads, beer, wine and so many thinngs. Fridge was packed. As we are vegan they left us some organic veggie shops list as well. December was little difficult with the weather but 4 days out 8 was sunny.😊

“Exceptional setting, quiet, superb view and a clean, private pool”
Location in Hills of Kato Akourdalia and requires a car to get to. This villa stands alone and has a magnificent view from the pool or verandas. Superbly quiet during the day and at night it is superbly peaceful. Our wonderful Hosts, Phaedra and Oristis were there to meet us, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight - they stayed to explain how everything works and filled the fridge with necessities etc so we didn't have to go looking for it - lovely touch!! All rooms have fully working air con and if required, clothes washing facilities also. Barbecue kit onsite and can be moved to suit your needs. Pool was exceptional and cleaned weekly - a lot of time was spent there. Phaedra and Oristis were always on hand via whatssapp should we have any issues or need questions answered and in fact, anything we did need was sorted next day as they have family that can assist locally and as it was 60th birthday while we were there, they applied a few personal touches that were really appreciated and very welcomed - great service. Handover was seamless and non fussy and Phaedra and Oristis allowed us to stay slightly later due to our late flight home, which was a real bonus as that allows a no rush, chilled and relaxing last day. We loved every minute of our stay there and will return as soon as we can in the future.

Phaedra and Orestis where there to welcome us even after our flight was delayed and we arrived so late - we had a warm welcome and felt right at home 🏠
