Really enjoyed my stay at The Milestone Hotel in Thamel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Kathmandu, making it super easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The airport pickup was a lovely touch and made the arrival so smooth and stress-free. Little extras like complimentary water bottles really go a long way and were much appreciated! The front desk team were attentive and always on hand whenever needed. A special mention has to go to Pragadh — he was genuinely lovely, warm and helpful throughout my entire stay. He made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming rather than just another hotel check-in.

“Easy Stay, Great Service & Tasty Brekkie”
Had a top stay at The Milestone Hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely super friendly, helpful, and always up for a chat. Made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming from the get-go. The rooms were clean, comfy, and well looked after perfect spot to kick back after a day out in Kathmandu. Brekkie was a real winner too. Nicely done eggs, crispy toast, bacon, sausage, baked beans, and fresh fruits simple but spot on. Everything tasted fresh and came out looking great. Proper good way to start the day. All in all, couldn’t fault the place. Great service, good vibes, and solid food. Would definitely stay again 👍

The hotel is excellent in every aspect (budget, location, staffs, food, service, etc). I had my own issues due to which I had to make multiple changes but Kudos to the staff who were very calm with me and helped me in making my decision better. Food was also good and all the staffs (from reception to the housekeeping to the kitchen) were friendly. I surely recommend this hotel to everyone.

No parking space. The alley is too small for car entry. I had to walk from main road as car was not able to come to the front door. The road in front of hotel Is too small.

My stay in Kathmandu was amazing. The hotel was comfortable, clean and breakfast was amazing with nice view of Swayambunath but what touched my heart the most was the kindness of the Nepali people. I forgot the name of the reception boy. Very kind, gentle and very helpful. A special thanks him. He thoughtfully organised my 7-day itinerary in Kathmandu. His effort, kindness and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. The hospitality is pure and heartfelt. They treat you like family. Truly unforgettable. ❤️

The hotel does have a couple of positives. The room had a modern-style design, and the location is central within Thamel, making it convenient for walking around shops and restaurants. Overall it was decent value for money.
