Beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were amazing, so helpful, especially Rahul, who sent lots of helpful information via what’s app. Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Loved the heritage breakfast in particular. Also the fact that you can have breakfast anytime up until after midday. Close to all the Thamel action but quiet as well - an oasis in a hectic city. A wonderful place!

“Beautiful, comfortable stay with amazing staff!”

This is the most beautiful hotel in Thamel and the main picture of the Cafe does not do justice to the hotel. It’s beautifully decorated in Newari style, while looking very contemporary. Bed was great, shower as well. It’s located in a quiet side road in the middle of Thamel. The best, however, was the staff: from Deepak the manager to the ladies at the reception, at the Cafe, or the doorman. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. I stayed there two different occasions within 2 weeks and when I came back, everyone knew my name and it just felt I was coming home really. The tips for restaurants were really great and they even alerted me about the local market on Saturday (not to be missed!)

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was incredibly welcoming, offering helpful suggestions for local attractions and dining spots. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, clean, and stocked with high-quality toiletries, which really made the difference. The hotel’s amenities were fantastic as well, and we enjoyed spending time there after a long day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was a great way to start our day. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was the housekeeping team making sure our room was always tidy or the concierge offering great advice on local experiences, it was clear they genuinely cared about providing top-notch service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great and hassle-free experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

There is no better way to tell but „it felt like being at home“.. 🤩 The room was very nice with a lot of light, due to many windows. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was nice with hot shower. I really liked the furniture in all the hotel. I enjoyed a really delicious breakfast, very sympathic and nice persons at the reception and from the service and cleaning team! The Hotel was very clean as well and the smell in the room after the cleaning was really enjoyable! As well, l enjoyed playing music on the rooftop (thank you for this opportunity!) or talking to the staff. Thank you for the very inspiring stay at Swarga Heritage! I will come back, for sure! 🙏🏼

1)the service from people at reception — very polite, considerable people. 2)the decoration of the hotel is perfect and gives special atmosphere. 3)the room and the bed very-very clean. 4)the breakfast is nice : we took one Nepalese and one English breakfast. both delicious. 5)the recommendation from the owner of the hotel were very useful : we have dinner and lunch at very delicious places «western tandoori & naan house” and “Aambo momo” (pay attention that cafe’s name not “Ambo momo” but “AAmbo momo”, so it’s easy to find it on the map). it’s difficult to find “western tandoori & naan house” because it doesn’t have visible sign but it’s really worth visiting. the place is not good decorated but makes very good food and lassi. 6)perfect location

“Great stay in a perfect location”

Swarga is a great hotel located in the center of Kathmandu. The main attractions are all very close but at the same time you are far way from all the traffic and noise. Breakfast options were very good. I would recommend it for sure
