“Great base for exploring Katherine and surrounds”
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Katherine has just been reopening many businesses due to the damage from the March cyclone, so the staff were happy to see us. Good facilities, loved the Big Fig bistro, busy and great food for locals as well as travellers. Good to have a fridge and kitchen facilities. Private cabin with plants to shield little balcony making it secluded.

“Great family stop”
Large unit just a short walk across the grass to pool then bar. Liked having separate bedroom. Daughter was able to stay in same park in their caravan. Family joined us for a meal and kids could go into room so adults could chat. Full size fridge.

Had stayed here before so was what I expected. Nice restaurant on the property. Good, quiet location just out of the main Katherine area which is where you want to stay in Katherine! Expensive but comparable to other places.

“Green, peaceful tranquility - I'd love to visit again.”
Really pleasantly surprised. Our cabin was lovely. The park was very green and well kept and the cabins were arranged around lawn and the pool. We wished we were staying longer than the one night! The park sent text messages before we arrived warning of an impending storm and that the low level bridge was closed - I appreciated the thoroughness. We arrived after hours but it was not problem. I accidentally left an item in the cabin and was able to collect it a few days later. Thanks for that! It was February, so not at all peak season, and it was very quiet with hardly anyone else there and lots of wallabies hopping around in the evening - it might not be like this in school holidays.

“A nice spot tucked away in a tropical setting.”
A nice hidden retreat with a very large pool in a tropical/rainforest setting. It was lovely to listen to the sounds of the animals in the evening. The grounds are well kept. The cabin was tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for a stopover.
