So bad customer service. I booked for 1500, but they took 3000 at hotel. A/C not working & power supply also. We called him but he never answered. In the morning he talked like same. I never going recommended to anyone. So bad

Even after we booked the hotel they have sold it out for a higher rate before we arrive there. After confirmation of our booking We reached there by 2pm but we did not receive our room since they informed us that they had to sold it for a higher rate due to the competition at that moment and we had no place to stay since we trusted booking . Com . When we question the manager they neglected us and asked us to find another place
