“Affordable different experience!”
Not the most comfortable place for sure but a different approach with a blend of the nature. Rooms are clean and comfortable and really affordable. Attraction sites are not in walking distance but a 10 minute drive can take you to most of them.

This is an excellent place for family staying, The staff is very friendly and helpful and giving ideal Sri Lankan hospitality. The place give excellent value for money, only 3 km to Kataharagam City and also very convenient to travel with a Car.

The rooms were comfortable, offering a peaceful and calm environment throughout our time there. The caretaker was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly, making us feel right at home. They prepared a simple yet delicious breakfast. The entire experience was truly remarkable, with the property providing exceptional value for the money. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay at an affordable price.

“Felt amazing, comfortable and cosy.”
Rooms were very clean. Great for families and tourists. Had friendly house cats. Nice clean out door dining table and porch. Traditional swing on the trees. Landlords were very nice and friendly. Overall very clean and nice.

“Good value for money and wonderful owners”
Really well located, quiet but a few minutes' drive from the town and 20 minutes from Yala National Park. Owners are so lovely and helpful, helped us sort a safari at short notice and made us lovely dinners. Aircon worked well.
