“Nice place but with cockroaches”

The complex is nice and quiet, we really liked the style and the bungalows which granted us a decent space and intimacy despite the units being next to each other.

Rooms were spacious and kept very clean every day. We had a pool access room which was lovely and the pool was kept immaculate. The hotel is set in beautiful, well tended gardens and the main pool area is lovely with a good snack bar.

Pool access near and tidy

The hotel is great! There are a couple of weird things about it like no cheese at breakfast and shower heads are non adjustable, but basically everything else is 10/10. It feels like an out of city resort, but its 10 mins walk from the beach (3 mins with bike). Its super quiet, we took the room with pool access and let me tell you, there is nothing like waking up and first thing you do is jump in the pool! Also you can stay up at night in the pool, which is super secluded. The food in the hotel is amazing, the staff is super polite and they clean the rooms/change towels and bedsheets every single day! I would definitely come back!

The staff was VERY welcoming, Early check in was allowed, Rooms were large and well decorated, Cleaning was spot on, Really liked (specially the kids) the pool access from the bedroom, Breakfast was very good, specifically compared to other 4 star hotels in Phuket,

Location was great. Nice and quiet but only a short walk the the beach and restaurants. The pool access was superb and we had next door rooms with teenage kids and could swim to each other rooms :)

The vacation was really nice. The hotel and our rooms met all expectations and the rating on booking.com looks fair. The comments below are to consider futher improvements. Thank you to the staff and the owner!

Great room, perfect resort to relax at the pool. A good minibar with appropriate prices.

Nice layout. Very quiet. Pool access room was great. 10-15 min walk from the beach and kata itself but some little restaurants and cafes nearby. Good place to chill. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast pretty good considering the price. Omelet and fresh mango available. Shuttle available. We asked for an extra bed but they provided a cot. Too small for our toddler but she slept on the day bed and saved us the need to squeeze in the extra bed
