Overview
Located in the centre of Kastoria, Doltso, Venetula is a neoclassical guesthouse overlooking the lake. It features uniquely decorated rooms and offers free Wi-Fi and free private on-site parking. Venetula’s Mansion rooms are tastefully decorated in natural colours and traditionally furnished. They all have a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Some rooms also include a decorative fireplace. Guests can start their day with breakfast by the fireplace of the dining room. The Venetula also has a lovely sun terrace with umbrellas and a seating area offering beautiful views to the picturesque set of Kastoria. The hotel is beautiful. It has a soul. It has a beautiful terrace with tables used by guests, a beautiful view of the lake, and incredibly beautiful flowers. Everything is kept in the best order. So many old and preserved pieces of furniture and various details caused my absolute admiration and left the impression that many different crafts have been preserved in that small beautiful town. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need and it's done with a lot of style, not too little and not too much, but just the right amount. I woke up early to walk around the town before breakfast. Going down the stairs, I smelled the beautiful smells of the food that the hosts were preparing for the guests. The breakfast was divine. I am pleased that I chose this accommodation. The hotel is highly recommended.

“Breakfast like your grandma would be in the kitchen”
The breakfast was amazing. Not just the variety and quality (homemade koulouri, cake, spinach- and mushroom pie, fresh fruits, cheese, eggs, crazy-good and Greek mountain tea) but also the room itself is like a dream with the countless windows with a view to the lake and the roofs of Kastoria. Supercosy in any weather. The garden and the upper balcony are lovely as well. Profitis Ilias is just a short walk from there, worth checking out. Authentic and refreshing experience!

A nice property in the most beautiful neighbourhood of Kastoria (Ntoltso). The owner was very kind and helpful, the breakfast delicious and traditional, and the room clean and cosy with a nice view to the lake.

“Charming, traditional welcome in a beautiful location.”
We loved Venetula's Mansion. It's in the perfect location in this beautiful town. The hosts are charming and make you very welcome with suggestions of places to go and things to see. The traditional house is beautifully restored and features lots of original features, artworks and period furniture.

Welcoming and attentive staff, the room looked like it was recently renovated and was very comfortable and clean. I had a nice view on the lake. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice of sweet and savory food.

We had a fantastic stay. The mansion is stunning. Big rooms, extremely clean, the location near restaurants and the lakeside. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty with local specialties. We would have stayed longer if we had more time!
