The reception girls were exceptional. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. I was thrilled to get an upgrade in room which made up for the pool being temporarily closed. This gave me time to explore around the peninsula opposite; really worth it.

Lodged in a junior suite, this is a very nice hotel with luxury room in nice setup. Room with excellent bed. Great breakfast buffet. Big parking. There is really nothing negative to mention but nevertheless for a next stay in Kastoria, as a solo traveller, i would take a room in one of the charming boutique hotels in the centre of the city at the lake

Very nice hotel, spa and gym were amazing, rich breakfast, great bed, very polite service! Visiting Kastoria and other beautiful places nearby (Dispilio open air museum is a must!) was very easy. All in all a great experience!

“Best place to book in Kastoria!”

Absolutely amazing place, offering breath-taking views, very supportive staff, great food, impeccable cleanliness and limitless comfort. The SPA was also a great “escape” for a quick relaxation. The hotel has EV charging station too, making it very convenient for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Breakfast was extremely tasty, with great variety and very smiley personnel. I communicated with Evangelia prior our arrival and she was so eager to help with whatever we may need. Overall, great value for money and impressive service!

The only small downside was the mattress and pillow, which were not very comfortable for us.

This is the second time I've returned to this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, good breakfast, excellent service. There's only one thing I didn't understand. At the reception they asked me for another four euros in tax, even though I showed that I had paid all the taxes when paying for the hotel and I also said that this was the first time in Greece that they asked for an additional payment to pay at the hotel after I had already paid everything. This is from the experience of booking through Booking in many hotels. This is the first time that they asked me for additional tax beyond what I paid. This is something that is disappointing.

Unfortunately there is no access to the zacuzzi and swimming pool for people with difficulty to walk
