“Horrendous, had to book another property at 21:30”

Do NOT stay here, we received no joining instructions. Everything was booked and the owner messaged and said that our booking was confirmed etc. When we arrived, key was in the door and when we entered, it was like someone else was living in the house. Litter everywhere, used bedsheets and bathmats, used dishes, construction material and used ash in buckets everywhere and when I got in contact with owner, I had no reply. Booking.com have also not refunded us!

Fantastic location, right by the sea, in a lovely quiet village with easy access to coastal walks. Great views and v.close to village shop.

A separate house right on the seaside, with a large area around. There is museum and nature trails next to apartment. The house has stove heating and a boiler for hot water. There are 2 separate electric heaters. There is small glossary shop next to the house with not long working hours (on working days it works from 11:00 till 17:00). I do not know how it works at weekend.

“Spacious BEACH HOUSE”

ÄSSA house should actually be called ÄSSA BEACH-HOUSE :). It is located right on the beach front with the sea just a few steps away. In the back of the house there is a barbecue spot with a very good grill, table and chairs and a few steps away is the white picked fence and a gate that opens to the beach. So, super fantastic location! In the front of the house is a huge garden with some trees - lots of place to walk and wonder around. The house itself is spacious, big rooms, very well equipped kitchen. The decor and feel comes from the 90s, but this is okay and felt kind of nostalgic. Everything is clean and well maintained. Me and my friends felt very well taken care of and truly enjoyed our stay at Ässa.

Somewhat on costly side but the house and the location are totally worth it. a gem right on the sea shore!

Plenty of space, great location, a base for our cycling trip in Estonia, on the edge of the beautiful Lahema National Park. Shop and restaurant nearby. The owner went out of his way to help with some cycling technical issues - very kind and helpful.

“An excellent quiet, cosy house at the beach!”

A wounderful, cosy beach house in a quiet, small village. Sven, the owner was very kind. When we arrived in the late evening the tile stove was heated, that was a really warm welcome. :-) The house is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and you can see the sea from the bed. The shop is next to the house, and open from 11 am to 5. pm. At the beach you can observe many sea bird. I hope we can visit the house again in the future.
