“The hotel room has spots and stains in the beds, the bathroom was very dirty with alot of hair”
The price on booking different from the front desk, no breakfast, the way to the hotel is very broken, not clean hotel at all for a family, it's a hotel for 1 hour use only Alot Of dirts on the grounds and hair on the bathroom floor The towels has bad smell and looks dirty

“Worse”
1st tourist SHOULD be Informed about the what kind of accommodation it’s is Not experienced did not explain and ended up Stress and Traumatised Us didn’t know it’s dirty,24/7horrible music ,did not sleep When it’s for refund,was refused
