Very friendly and helpful staff when we had questions or issues! Super spacious room, larger than some appartments we've had in Japan. Cool sound and light system, for setting the mood (for fun or otherwise!)

“I don’t normally leave long and detailed reviews of places but I feel like this place needed it.”
This is the second time I’ve stayed and a significant improvement was the addition of WiFi which makes a huge difference to me. The staff don’t speak English so be sure to use google translate if you have any needs. The staff are super nice and very accommodating and if there is a problem it will be fixed straight away. I would highly recommend to stay as the room has everything you need(microwave,fridge,comfortable bed,two massage chairs) Love hotels are a little hit and miss in Japan but this one of good and I would stay again for sure.
