Clean and comfortable hotel. Room was cold but they provided radiator when we say it's cold.

“Staying again.”
This was the first time I was staying here, although my parents stay here often and persuaded me to try it. Honestly I think I have been converted and will be staying here for my future trips to Kartuzy. It’s in walking distance to the rynek. The breakfast is excellent! Staff were amazing! They communicated swiftly with me to help accommodate my mum who was arriving earlier but her flight and luggage all got delayed.

“Fantastic, clean hotel with friendly staff and excellent restaurant”
Excellent breakfast buffet - no bacon but that's a small matter. Otherwise, the restaurant was fantastic - great food in the evenings...big portions and very friendly staff in the restaurant and overall.

“Love the hotel......BUT not up to its usual high standards!”
We've stayed several times before..love the hotel and the facilities..breakfast is also very good...rooms are cosy and yet spacious...most of the staff can speak English which is a plus..if you leave early you can order a packed breakfast which not many hotels offer ...location good 5 minutes walk from station that is direct to airport and Gdansk

“Great staff, large rooms, brilliant location.”
Great location, five minute walk from train station. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was traditional and delicious. There is a pub onsite which offers a bit of local nightlife

“Pleasant stay, superb staff, great location and breakfast”
Superb staff, including reception , restaurant and bar/bowling . Great breakfasts and location, spacious room with nice view
