Unique Blue is beautiful it really has a resort feeling, the staff is so friendly and helpful we had such a great welcome. This resort has really exceeded all of our expectations, the food, the drinks, the room everything was a 10/10. The beach is also really beautiful with an amazing blue sea. The resort app is also very helpful making the whole stay a lot easier.

This was our first AI experience and it went very well. The hotel is beautiful, the location so close to the airport is ideal. There was a nice mix of age groups and nationalities, all very happy and relaxed. But what particularly stood out for us was the staff. They work so efficiently and as a team, particularly in the large dining room. Zooming around, fetching drinks, clearing, and remaking tables so everything looks so nice. Particular attention being made at all times to keeping the food areas clean and replenished. Great beach, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a handy app for ordering drinks and snacks. Unique Blue is quite unique.

“The most wonderful stay in Crete at Unique Blue”

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The beach, the pool, both restaurants, the bar, the spa and of course our lovely sea-view room, with comfortable beds and a stunning balcony. Special thanks goes to all of the staff at the hotel for always being so friendly, helpful and willing to go above-and-beyond to make our stay perfect. This is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed at and I would not hesitate to book here again in the future.

“Amazing from start to finish!!!!”

Everything was amazing, we stayed in the cicada villas for our honeymoon and wow it was just breathtaking. We were welcomed with champagne, wine and a fruit platter in the room which was an amazing welcome. Breakfast was delivered to the villa and the spread was phenomenal. We were gifted a floating breakfast on one morning and we were blown away. The hotel and staff could not do enough for us, no ask was too much. They made our honeymoon amazing and so memorable. All the bar staff were lovely and the food was gorgeous. The villa itself was just perfect every part was spotless and it was just beautiful. Thank you so much for giving us the honeymoon of our dreams. We will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Unique Blue Hotel! The staff was amazing – very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend it!

On checking out they asked for a tip , I explained I tip has I go along , with a reply o you have lots of euros left then ,and why would I tip reception for the staff that help me ,

An exceptional experience with top-level service. We stayed in a private villa with its own pool, separate from the hotel. The room was outstanding – enormous in size, with a private gym and an amazing pool, including a BBQ facility and a fire pit – simply incredible! The public areas, the beach, and the pool were excellent, with the beach just a half-minute walk from the villa. But above all – the service. Especially Alexandra, who, together with her team, went above and beyond to help, assist, and pamper us. Truly exceptional and flawless service – the best we’ve encountered in years. The attention to detail and genuine understanding of the guest and their needs was remarkable. Thank you so much, Alexandra – you are special. In one word: perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Crete. The rooms were clean, comfortable and with beautiful views. The food was fresh and very tasty, with lots of local options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the island – we would love to come back!

“Honeymoon Paradise”

We chose this location for our honeymoon and it was the most amazing and unforgettable stay we could ever imagine. In general, the MK Hotel Collection staff are friendly, knowledgable and always ready to help - one could not go wrong by reserving a stay in either of their hotels. However, my review is for the Pnoé Hotel, as we received a very generous upgrade after reserving a room at the Unique Blue. Firstly, the whole resort is magical. The interior, the attention to detail, the whole vibe and especially the choice of music provide for a uniquely relaxing atmosphere. Add to that the extremely friendly staff and you get a dream vacation. During our two weeks, Rofe, Manolis, Melpomeni and Artemis made our stay uniquely memorable and we thank them for their kindness. The food and drinks were also amazing and some days we felt like we were just transferring from breakfast to the beach bar cocktails, back to lunch - what a way to vacation, truly. During our stay, we experienced a not insignificant earthquake and a cloud of Saharan dust and let me tell you I have never been so unbothered - the vibes were immaculate regardless. And lastly, the rooms: the well-thought-out storage, the elegant colour palette, the comfortable bed, the pillow menu and the private pool - truly an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail, the random acts of thoughtfulness and the dedication to making the guests feel special are unmatched. We are sure to return for another special occasion.
