“Great stay needs some improvements”

The hotel is beautiful, the ambiance is fantastic, and the overall level of hospitality is outstanding. Service team is great, especially the barkeeper, Rafail, who provided perfect hospitality and made us feel so welcome!! Food is limited but great and also great location 10min for airport and 15min from the Heraklion Center.

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice of every kind of food. The pool area was lovely. Room spacious and well equipped. We did half board and with the breakfast didn't need to eat lunch and just had dinner every night. We tried both restaurants and the food is exceptional. So so good. We went into town to eat at a really popular authentic Cretan restaurant and the food at the hotel in their Cretan restaurant was better. The only reason to have lunch is their enormous salads which are delicious and they do some potatoes cut into kind of wedges with a cheese sauce which amazing!

The hotel is just stunning. Staff helpful and friendly, all amenities just over the moon. SPA zone and massage was the best. Rooms are spacious, the pool, the beds are the most comfortable ever. The best decision to stay here!!

“Familiar luxury”

This was our second time staying at Pnoe, and it is a beautiful resort. Very clean with luxury facilities. It is the perfect way to unwind with the pool facilities as well as a spacious, private room.

Fantastic hotel. Modern design, fresh spotless room with private pool. Service was above expectations, staff always ready to help. Both restaurants were top level. Additional bonus that wasn't advertised: private part of the beach with lounges in a sister hotel and taxi service to get there. Will definitely be back!

“Great food and design, but some inconveniences.”

1) The design. 2) Absolutely delicious dinners at Anasa. 3) Rich, delicious and high quality ingredients breakfast bufet. 4) Most of the staff was extremely nice. 5) A driver would pick us up from the beach whenever we needed. 6) The beach was nice and the water in the sea was warm. 7) Pillow menu and very comfortable beds.

“Amazing food, hospitality and style”

Exceptionally warm and welcoming staff who consistently went above and beyond. The private rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The food is outstanding, and the breakfast spread is impressively varied. The complimentary shuttle to the affiliated beach club within minutes made it easy to overcome the not direct proximity to the beach. Overall, a resort so delightful that leaving was the hardest part and we‘d be happy to return.

“Amazing relaxing week”

Hotel is very, very good. Room was amazing, pool amazing, and restaurants on site very very high quality. The staff also are incredible, special mention to Melpo at the restaurant who looked after us a treat! The location is right by the beach and a 15min drive into Heraklion centre.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pnoe Breathing Life Hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with the private pool being a perfect place to relax. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making everything feel easy and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with lots of variety. Overall, it’s a beautiful, peaceful hotel that I’d happily return to.
