The hotel is located in the upscale area of Masukiye. The area is located in a beautiful green area. The place is elegant, clean, and the landscape is stunning. The hotel is easy to reach. A good reception combined with the authentic Arabic way, where we were received with Arabic coffee, incense and dates. Rooms are elegant and adequate in size, and all services are available. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was varied. Not a buffet, probably because there weren't many guests. But it was varied and very delicious. They also asked me if I wanted anything else to provide. In short, the hotel is one of the best hotels in the region. I will return again if I have the opportunity to travel to the area

“The Amazing Hotel”
It's an Amazing Hotel and the STAFF are exceptional. Very relaxing experience and trip. Its located almost close to all sites. Roof top breakfast and dinners are very relaxing and beautiful. Very clean and worth your money.

The best ever hotel in istanbul and sapanca.the view and nature were wonderful especially from the rooftop restaurant were we were having daily fresh breakfast. The staffs were making their best to make us happy and comfortable. The receptionist Uzra was very helpful.there are 2 big swimming pools with water slides. The game room for children was perfect for children under 7 years. The hotel was very clean and everywhere you can see somebody is cleaning. The toiletries were from expensive brand.I recommend strongly this hotel if you are visiting Sapanca
