“All in all: good place at a great location in Kars.”
Breakfast usually starts at 08:00. For us, they went the extra mile and provided it half an hour earlier. The hotel is literally directly underneath Kars Kalesi. By a couple 100m walking distance, you can find nice cafes and restaurants.
