Accommodation policy is too strict. The heating system was out of order, and was repaired late night. The towels are too old. It seems like the apartment is not managed well.

“Good comfy apartment, as described”

Very comfy apartment with two separate bedrooms, a nice kitchen and comfy sitting room with a nice sofa so we could sit around in the evenings. It looks just like the photos and is very good value for money. It's a good location, not in the centre of town but not a long walk from things.

“Nice stay”

The apartment was very clean, well furnished and nice, in a good position (15 min from the city center). Beds were comfortable.

This apartment was not available during our stay, but Talha arranged for us to stay in another one. The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious, within walking distance to all attractions in Kars. During the day, we had some problems with parking nearby, but in the evening, parking spaces are freed up and we could park the car in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Everything was very clean and surprisingly every little thing was provided. The property had self-check-in and the host provided images of all the steps that we had to do. Also, he was always available if we needed something. I was expecting a normal stay but it turned out to be very satisfying and felt like home!

The renovated room boasted comfy beds and clean sheets. Peaceful ambiance and a captivating castle view added charm. Within a walking-distance from the main city attractions.

Very nice flat for a stay in Kars. The view on the fortress is very beautiful, and the city center is 5mn away by foot. The shower is very good. And our host is very reactive, can also arrange taxi transfer. We would be happy to come again!

The apartment was perfectly clean, well-decorated and comfortable. It is perfect for a long-term stay. I had to work a lot during our stay, and the wifi was very good and experienced no interruption. The equipment in the kitchen was top quality, with even a small oven, not just a stove. In extra, we had a view on the Kars Castle. Even on short notice, our host was extremely quick to answer, clear in his communications, and he was very accommodating.

“Lovely apartment with everything you need!”

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it! The flat is comfortable, bright and extremely clean, the shower is nice, hot and with good pressure, the washing machine works perfectly and it even has a drying program. The kitchen is well equipped and the wifi is good and fast! Also the position is good, in a quiet area but just a few minutes walking from the city centre. Samet, the owner, was really kind and the communication with him was excellent. Last but not least, we could bring our dog with us which is not so easy in this part of Turkey! We definitely recommend it!
