“LOCKED reception: no one there”
No one wax there: locked reception. No one answered the phone, either!

The hotel is new and very easy to reach it is 1 km to main road to Kars and in the city center of Arpacay town. Room and outside is very clean and staff is very helpful. It was a cold and snowy day so we cooked our meal in the kithcen which has enough tools to cook and eat. Room was very warm even outside is below 0 C.

The hotel seems to be new. But the great problem is dirt everywhere. I'm sure our room was not cleaned at all. And it was really disgusting. This point totally spoilt our stay. Terribly dirty! Terribly! The staff was friendly and helpful though.
