Wonderful host! Very special place. So much fun thoughts and care that’s been put into this place. Beautiful location in the middle och the wood but still close to the sea of Vänern. We loved this place!

The big firepit was amazing we made s'mores and ate way to many so we got sick. Great location away from all the busy spots. The sauna even though we never used it looked pretty comfortable. Overall a great place with great hosts who are helpfull with requests. The trampoline is amazing when traveling with kids. Although smaller rooms it's lovely and cozy with a maximum of 7 sleeping spots if needed. Sleeping couch was comfortabel as well.

One main cabin and one family cabin and one cabin with kitchen, bathroom with a sauna inside. Outside was like oase with lots of light, beautiful at night time and of course the good sized hot tub. A really idyllic place and the hosts was very nice. Recommend this place.

Amazing value, enchanting surroundings and a lot of peace and quiet! I saw an elk in the forest at night.

“The cabin in the woods.”

The location and scenery is breathtaking. The forest is at your doorstep and lake Vänern just a short walk away. If you want a break and to get closer to nature, this is ideal. If the weather doesn't play nice, you are very close to Karlstad. The option to stay in to work or socialize is also a good one, but remember it's not a huge cabin. The 5G mobile coverage is excellent and you can game or stream for days. I can highly recommend this place, unless you really need a bathroom right by the bed. There is kitchen, toilet, shower and sauna in another house approximately 10 meters from the two cabins. The owner is friendly as well.

Localisation & quietness & jacuzzi & sauna is a plus & comfortable outdoor area to relax.

Very cozy room that's easy to sleep in and a beautiful little garden to navigate between cottages.

Qlean, quiet and close to Karlstad. A lot nicer than the camping space next door!

Very quiet and out the way location . Perfect night's stay to recharge after being on the road all day Shared bathroom and kitchen in the amenities hut, but don't let this put you off very clean and well cared for Again beautiful location in the wood not far from the lake

Very nice spot in the forest, close to the lake. In the evening they put on the lights in the garden which makes this place magical.

The rooms were okay for overnight stay. Best part was Jacuzzi & the small sauna.

Very nice and cozy, the jacuzzi was great, the kitchen and bathroom very clean. We will come back for sure:)

If you like quiet and interesting places this is the one to stay in! Nice host, very helpful. We booked both rooms, so kitchen, bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi was for us only (it might be a bit uncomfortable if you share it with strangers). Lots of things for younger kids to explore, playground. Wonderful location in the woods, 10min walk to the lake beach. Blueberries everywhere. Really recommend!
