Situated on the shore of the Klarälven river, this hotel offers free WiFi and free access to gym, pool and sauna. Karlstad city centre is about 10 minutes' walk away. “Comfortable and quiet stay 20-minutes walking from Karlstad city centre”
The hotel was everything we wanted and more. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was sparkling clean and had all the necessary amenities. The view of the river and the old city of Karlstad from the room was amazing. There's a large parking lot in front of the hotel with free parking for the guests. The swimming pool and the saunas are in a great condition and really nice to visit after a long day. The breakfast is great - there's plenty of choices for food, all delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Totally can recommend to stay!

“A good deal in terms of price vs quality”
A nice hotel in a very nice surrounding, near the river. The restaurant was nice and not overcrowded during the breakfast rush. The variety at breakfast was pretty nice too.

Location, helpful staff, clean, good restaurant Mention to x2 staff members Hedda Braunethielm ( 20.6.25) who when I asked could I leave our luggage somewhere (we arrived early and had invite from nearby friends to celebrate midsummer) told us we could check in early, then upgraded us to Riverside view with teamaking facilities even I asked for a kettle for original room allocated! We strongly recommending this hotel/chain. And Maya Habbar who was very friendly and helpful 21.6.25

There was parking, a restaurant and family rooms! The bathrooms were practical clean and shower was not affected by the toilet flush!!!

“Very good hotel.”
Perfect for pet owners. If you book a room with river view, it will be very calm and quiet. I don’t know how it feels in the rooms on the other side, towards motorway. Green area, close to city center. Very pet friendly hotel, there is special area where you can have breakfast with your dog inside hotel and outdoor terrace for warmer seasons. Nice and friendly personal.

The breakfast was good, lots of options even for one of our travelers who is dairy-free and doesn't eat meat. The location was gorgeous, as we had a great view to the river from our window.
