“This residence was perfect for our stay. The price was good and it was close to all amenities. Had everything we needed.”

Everything!! 5 mins walk from the centre, had everything we needed, was comfortable and had its own private car park.

The apartment was beautiful, with all the facilities you need. I also appreciate the equipped kitchen with the possibility to cook your own food. The location is great, the surroundings are quiet, but at the same time everything is within reach. The host also asked if we needed anything.

The location of the apartment was perfect. And it was spacious and nicely decorated. A good size fridge. Just a short walk to the restaurants and a grocery. There was a parking space for the car in the same yard. We did have a good night sleeps. We were welcomed very friendly. Easy to check in and out. Absolutely big recommendations for this place.

Excellent location, lovely easy walk to the city centre and 2min walk to a supermarket. Comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious apartment. Great kitchen. Excellent communication, host answered all our questions promptly. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed.

No linen on bed, lack of toilet paper, nosy host requesting inspection on day 3 (which I turned down), only 3 local TV stations, tiny bathroom with shower in bath tub, cleanliness, no house number on premises, passer by's calling us racist for no apparent reason as we never uttered a word to anyone. No laundry facilities.

We had a terrific stay here! The apartment was clean, beautifull decorated, fully equipped with everything one could need and the host was exceptionally friendly. The apartment is even more beautiful than on the pictures! The location of the apartment is in a lovely quiet area of the town next to a pretty river but still within 5 minutes walking distance of the town center. (Check out the beautiful street art at the side of the building, it's stunning and speaks volumes about the apartment) We had a wonderful stay here all around and I can only recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Karlstad!

“Perfect accommodation also for longer visit in Karlstadt”

Anna-Lena, the owner, was extremely helpful and nice. She gave a lot of good information and presented the whole appartment of ours as well another appartment that she rents. The one bedroom appartment that we rented for four nights has a very good view to the canal, it was cosy and spacious, too. The kitchen equipment was good, especially I liked the knives which quite often are very blunt - not in this appartment. The frying pans were worn-out, but when telling that to Anna-Lena, she bought new frying pans :). Even though there was no air condition (except the open windows and fans), it was not that warm as we could keep the windows open and the big trees by the canal are giving some shadow to the rooms which are against the morning sun.

“The accomodation was near perfect for our city trip to Karlstad.”

The location was almost perfect: a five-minute-walk from the city center and yet very quiet. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. And in the backyard of the building there was a parking lot that we could use.

I made breakfast myself in the kitchen. The location was just excellent, a very short distance from the Karlstad Congress Center, some museums and parks, the river Klarälven and last but not least, the city center.
