Situated just off the E18 highway, this eco-friendly hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool open during the summer months, along with free parking and free Wi-Fi. Karlstad city centre is 3 km away. “Good for money, good lunch och good place to relax”
It’s an old hotel but everything works well, the rooms are spacious and with a nice view to the forest. The breakfast was really good! They have a restaurante for lunch and dinner, I didn’t use, and they have also a guest kitchen very good if you want to prepare, warm and save your food.

“Very basic, a bit run-down hotel - the only reasons to stay was the location and the pool.”
Hotel pool was the reason of our stay, and it was very nice & refreshing on a hot day after a long drive. Not heated though, although it says so in the hotel description. Very basic hotel otherwise. Bathroom had been renovated, which was nice.

- Great swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas - Very good gym even if small - Great opening times of those facilities - Very nice and service minded staff that were quick in accommodating requests - I loved the mixed grill dish

“Perfect to relax one night during your journey.”
We chose it it stay one night during our long trip. It was perfect as we could relax in sauna and pool and it was next to highway and also el chargers in the parking.
