A great hotel to stay in Karlsruhe. The room is not very big but has a comfortable bed and a satisfying bathroom, basically what a traveller need. Breakfast was more than okay, with many choices. For me though, the best characteristic of this hotel is the working stuff; always smiling, polite to the people, eager to help you. Great job guys!

The room was rather small, and unfortunately the beds were not separated as we had specifically requested (since we are two men). In addition, the room did not provide sufficient space for our personal belongings, which made our stay less comfortable.

“Great place to stop when travelling on the motorway”

All good except there was no water in the room. A great place to stop as it is close to the motorway. Parking is good. You can park inside the barriers for a small charge or outside the barriers which is okay too

“Great stopover”

Everything was as it’s on the box cover. We arrived quite late due to a thunderstorm on route. The staff could not do enough to assist us; it was great that they were able to offer us pizza and beer (that was enough under the circumstances). It was a great stopover

“Disappointing Experience – Doesn’t Reflect the Holiday Inn Brand”

Unfortunately, this property did not meet the standards I associate with the Holiday Inn brand. It felt more like a basic roadside budget motel than a reputable hotel chain. The breakfast offering was very poor and lacked variety and quality. Overall, it seemed like the hotel was being run on a tight budget, with minimal attention to guest comfort or experience. It gave the impression that the priority is simply keeping the doors open, rather than providing the level of service and hospitality expected from Holiday Inn.

The room was cold. They could not heat enough.
