Very friendly host, nice room and good location in a quiet area but close to the city centre. There's electric kettle, and fridge with some sweet treats inside :) We stayed twice this year on our way to Croatia and we would definitely stay again :)

“Excellent, well-equipped room, careful host”
Very good, comfortable homey room, well-equipped with fridge, water boiler, comfortable bed, careful modern housewares, Netflix, toiletries, clean and big bathroom. Very kind, flexible, careful host (we arrived in the night without a problem for 1 night), in the fridge a lot of free presents (beer, snacks), tea, instant coffee. Everything what is needed and exceeds expectations.
