Everything... service was great. Host very professional and helpful.I was in Karlovac for the first time but I felt like I was there for last 20 year. I will warmly recommend to anyone coming to Karlovac to stay here...you will not regret....And for my next travel to Karlovac...Su Su is place where I will be staying....See you soon

I had to deal with three different persons from the staff and all of them have been lovely and welcoming. Room was good and bed comfy. Location is great for exploring Karlovac. Close to Central railway Stop and Bus Station.
