Clean, quiet, closed parking place

We stayed at this house to rest after a long journey, and it was truly perfect. You can immediately feel that everything here is made with love and great attention to detail – every little thing is thoughtfully arranged. We also ordered breakfast, and the fridge was stocked not only with everything we needed but even with beer, which was a pleasant surprise. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing, especially after the road, and it made us relax completely, even though it was raining outside. Honestly, we didn’t even want to leave. A wonderful place that we would gladly return to

“Probably the best location where we have spent holidays in Croatia ever!!!”

Marina and her family was an exceptional kind host and make ourselves absolutely comfortable. The apartment and its service was perfect for us and our dog Yuma, which especially have appreciated the large, fully fenced and secure outdoor garden , perfect for her to go around and play without any risks🙂. Everything in the apartment was clean, available and in perfect conditions, we also loved the large and very useful patio outside and the fantastic Jacuzzi always at our disposal in a dedicated small lounge for relaxing and enjoying the lovely weather 😎. It was probably the best holidays we have spent ever in a Croatia. Many thanks Marina!

“A quiet and peaceful place to rest during your journey”

Everything needed for breakfast was prepared and waiting in the fridge with an additional chilled beer. Kitchenette is very well equipped. Water in the jacuzzi was clean and warm. Comfortable deck chairs, umbrella and towels on the terrace were waiting for us. Comfortable parking closely located to the apartment. Air conditioner was working well.

“Nice and clean place to sleep in while traveling nearby.”

Located near the highway so great option to sleep when passing nearby. Jacuzzi is also available and fun. Owners are nice, they are on the property that is in the same yard, so they are available in case of need but also respecting privacy and not intruding. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the apartment.

“Motorcycle roadtrip”

Very nice and clean apartment with jacuzzi! Extremely friendly family, who will help you anytime you need something. I was traveling with a motorcycle, they immediately offered that I can park the bike in the garage. The weather got really bad and I forgot to buy some bread, but after I asked they gave me some from theirs and asked me if I need anything else :) i felt right at home! I would go back anytime, it’s worth the money!

“Great Welcome and Happy Kids”

Everything you need was just there. Very cosy and clean place with a beautiful terrace and an extra terrace with a jacuzzi. We have been provided enough Breakfast and drinks for free. Also the city Karlovac is just a 15 minute Drive. We been recommended to visit a Restaurant called Tiffany, which was a great place for the Family to enjoy dinner. Allover Marina was a great host and I can recommend to everyone. The kids and we really enjoyed it.

A well-equipped, peaceful and quiet apartment, perfect for a break on the road. It's a few minutes' drive from Karlovac, or if you're taking the free route (e.g. avoiding traffic jams) it's right next to it. A safe place for a fully loaded car. You prepare your own breakfast from the stocked fridge. The only thing we missed was black tea ;)

“One of the best places we have ever stayed!”

Marina is a beautiful host, and what a great guesthouse. Even light dinner and breakfast was prepared and stored in the fridge, sliced melon on arrival. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The studio looks exactly as per the photos and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Located not far from the E65 highway and close enough to Karlovac for dinner etc. The host, Marina, was very hospitable and warm & welcoming. Our dog & cat were both welcome and our dog absolutely loved the freedom of the gated property. Our car (which was full) could be securely parked inside the property too, giving us complete peace of mind. We really appreciated all of the lovely things that Marina had left in the fridge for us to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this place

Pretty and comfortable apartment. There are everything you need. The owner Marina is very nice, she left some food for us in the fridge and it was really nice 😊

“Perfect night after 10 hours of driving”

The appartement is so wonderfully planned!! You can have a very tight sleep and each one had it's own quiet place, though we were in the same room. The bar/kitchen is perfect designed and equipped. Amazing comfort in a small place. Everything was there as we arrived. We were so tired and hungry, we didnt even had to go to the supermarket. Thank you Marina for everything, so could we start our holidays in the best way.

We had more than 2 hours of delay and were accommodated with a smile and warm welcome. There was food and drink in the fridge.

Marina was so friendly. She explained us everything thoroughly. There are self made juices in the apartment but also provided with food. Lovely and calm place
