Anna is a super host and her apartments are very well preserved, clean and nice. They are 3 minutes walk distance to sea and many small cafes on beach. Our family villa had also a terrace with a sea view. Overall it was an amazing experience and we would definitely go back to stay there again.

Beautiful studio apartment and Anna was very friendly and accommodating. Only a few minutes to the beach and a wonderful taverna nearby. Definitely recommend!

Perfect comfort for a family. Next year, I hope we will see each other😉 I was very satisfied with my stay. The house we were given was a very pleasant place with a small garden in front. The table in the garden provided a great setting for both breakfast and dinner. The kitchen equipment was sufficient, and basic supplies like olive oil and salt were available. The house we stayed in was the larger type, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four adults.

The Owner Anna is very nice and helpful. The Location is perfect as a base to explore Chios, especially the South, the Beach in one Minute Distance and Cafes/Restaurants in Karfas are also nice. The studios are comfortable and well equipped with all needs, some with seaview - recommended.

Anna and her family were great hosts.They always helped us for our tour plan even on the map day by day.They were friendly warm and cheerful .when we arrived we were served cookies in our villa room.our room was big enough with balkony and two terraces very comfartable and full of equipments. This is the right place as a centre point to go around the island with your car. The beaches we went two times saint fire and karavela restaurant in komi beach emporio beach agia dynami beach pandaisia beach .thank you anna we will sure come back hopefully as soon as we have visa:)))

Beautifully designed and arranged small complex of holiday apartments painted in pumpkin orange and Mediterranean blue. Very pretty with amusing and clever decorations. Lots of areas to sit shaded with umbrellas and comfy chairs. Good views & partial views of the beach and countryside. Well constructed and good quality fit out in apartments. Close to beach and tavernas. Comfortable beds. Very nice feel to complex. Lovely person who runs it.

It was amazing. The property itself was much better than the pictures. Great location. The room had an amazing view and a large terrace. Would definitely stay here again.

“A nice and quiet place very close to the sea between bird sings”

It was a lovely place very close to the sea (about 1 minute by walking). The beach was fully sand and water was calm. There are also several restaurants nearby but most of them were closed because we visited off season. The house we stayed had 1 twin bed and 2 single beds. Kitchen and bathroom were quite enough. And also there was a small balcony which has a sea wiev. Besides a nice area with a table right outside the entrance. Hosts were helpfull and nice people. Karfas is a nice location to stay in Chios. I recommend it.

Perfect location. Very close to the beach. Exceptionally friendly family run hotel. Extraordinary clean and lovely decorated. The kitchen had anything you would need to prepare a breakfast or a small meal although due the restaurants and the tavernas around we did not really required to.

The room had everything, especially kitchen utilities were very nicely prepared. It was just like a normal apartment room, set with a couch, a bed, a table inside, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy your meals. It was perfect.

Beautiful property, extremely well kept. Lovely apartment with balcony. Everything is here that you need. Location is great just a few minutes walk from beach. Excellent Taverna straight across the road and minimart a few doors down.

Common sitting zones are really good with nice decoration including ceramic objects and flowers with many colors. We felt the great hospitality from the Hotel owners and we really felt like we are at our own home. Room and balcony scnery is also wonderful. There are a lot of markets, tavernas, restaurants around the hotel location.
