Our stay in the Kafras area of Chios was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to help. No matter what we needed, they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It offers stunning sea views while being surrounded by a peaceful pine grove, creating a unique atmosphere where nature and relaxation come together beautifully. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling Aegean Sea and the sounds of nature was truly unforgettable. The swimming pool area was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. Whether enjoying a morning swim or watching the sunset by the pool, every moment felt special. The beach is also within easy walking distance, making it effortless to enjoy both the pool and the sea throughout the day. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The variety and quality of the products exceeded our expectations, and it was the perfect way to start each day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the overall design and atmosphere made us feel completely at home. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding service. The staff's kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with absolutely anything made our holiday even more memorable. It is rare to find a place where every aspect—from the location and facilities to the service and hospitality—is so close to perfection. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chios and looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable holiday experience. “Perfect Sea View, Amazing Garden, Delicious Breakfast – Highly Recommended! 🌊🌿”

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel and absolutely loved it. The sea view from our room and balcony was breathtaking – waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The garden is full of shade and fresh breeze, perfect for relaxing or reading a book. Breakfast was a highlight! In addition to the typical Greek breakfast (olives, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, honey, jam, croissants), there were homemade breads, pies, cakes, and fresh seasonal fruits. Don’t miss the creamy yogurt with orange jam – it’s a must-try! 🍊 Our room was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily. Hand soap and shower gel is provided, but you might want to bring your own shampoo and slippers. The pool is small but with a sea view, ideal for a refreshing swim. Great for kids too! Staff is very friendly and welcoming hosts who made us feel at home. Always ready to help with any request. In the evening, the garden becomes a peaceful place to enjoy cocktails or local wine while watching the sunset. The location is quiet, relaxing, and close to the beach. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to couples and families. ❤️

“Amazing hosts and amazing view”

Location was amazing, right beside Karfas Beach. Also the view from rooms were amazing too. I am especially thankfull for all the people who works in the hotel, they were so kind, helpfuş and always look at you with a smile. Also Nico helped us a lot on all the documentations for visa, finding the locations, arranging a reservation for restaurants. He also helped us on what to see in Chios. It was a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts.

The room had a sea view, a marvellous view of Karfas. Every part of the hotel was very clean. We would like to thank the staff, especially Niko and his father. Breakfast was prepared every morning at the time we wanted. The walking distance to the sea was about 4-5 minutes. If I go to Chios again, I plan to stay in the same place.

The facility is magnificent..Niko and his family are very friendly and helpfull..the facility is very close to karfas beach..we will definitely go again..

A lovely, peaceful place run by wonderful people. The apartment I stayed in was very clean, with a big balcony, two sunbeds, and an amazing sea view! The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. I loved the breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious, especially the pastry and orange marmalade! I'm so grateful to Nikko and his father for their warm hospitality. Whether you're alone or with family, this is the perfect place to stay in Karfas. PS: Hearing my favorite musicians (Avishai Cohen, Dinah Washington) playing at the hotel’s cafe was such a delightful surprise and made my stay even more memorable! :)

Great Location in Karfas. Hospitality of Benovias was perfect. We were with two kids and they enjoyed as well. I will stay there again in next time at Chios.

“Awe-inspiring view, perfect hospitality, nearby the sea.”

Two Guys are running the business who is perfect father and son. Rooms are clean, breakfast is nice and the pool is small but enough for small families. Location is nearby the seaside, too close to the beach. Landlords are quite helpful and warm hearted. As a family we ended up well rested. We are gonna visit here again.

We loved our stay here! Nikkos and his father were lovely hosts with excellent recommendations. We loved the location, the apartments have an amazing large balcony and seaview. The pool on the property was great and the whole place is surrounded with lovely trees - especially the gorgeous courtyards to enjoy a coffee and breakfast.

A lovely little hotel with a central location in Chios. Clean and quite spacious rooms with a fantastic sea view. Friendly staff, special thanks to Nikos for nice beach & restaurant recommendations! Especially enjoyed the garden where you can have a nice breakfast in the morning or chill with drinks at night.

We stayed 3 nights with our baby in the apartment. There was a kitchen including all necessary equipments and everything was so clean in the room. The apartment has an excellent view. The breakfast was so good expecially the pastries. I miss the wind of this hotel in the evening it was so relaxing🥰 Thank you for everything Nikos&George! We will definitely stay here again for the next time🙌

“Fall in love in this place from the first side”

-location (near sand beach) -tasty and fresh breakfast -amazing view -very clean room -kitchen -Table chairs and sun loungers on the large balcony -free parking -swimming pool -very quite and green large garden -Very helpful, friendly, employees -especially Dear Nicos. He gave us at least half an hour of time and detailed information about the entire island. And he made another gesture. he offered us the welcome coffee. -Long story short.
