Good attention and willing to let me arrive earlly. The cleaner was very thorough. Lots of tea, coffee and drinking water provided.

Very big, clean and nice apartment. Close to Giraffe Center and Karen Blixen Museum. Not very close to CBD, but Bolt is cheaper. Very safe. Good communication with the owner. Terrace outside! Recommend!

Although we stayed in a different apartment than the one advertised, we had a comfortable stay, the bed was especially comfy, and the owner was very responsive and helpful with all my queries.

The location near Waterfront in Karen was great, I had wonderful neighbours in the next-door apartment. The building is a quaint style and the apartment is homely. I greatly appreciated the responsiveness and helpfulness of the host Jacque and Ann. The security guards were wonderful too. I felt very well cared for, after an exhausting flight from New Zealand. A very cozy apartment with a nice set of cooking facilities and equipment. Quiet and safe neighborhood to enjoy walking with birds' singing. Host is always attentive and available with swift reply and trouble-shooting.

The apartment is very easy to find. It is located in a very quite and safe area and not only that, it is very close to alot of the places you will have to visit. Also the owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, comfortable and private. Amazing, I would love to visit again.

I really enjoyed my short stay at Jacque's apartment. She is always readily available to address all guest's needs. It is a very quiet and safe place in an upper-class populated district. There are all the facilities needed for a stay: kitchen, hot shower, washing machine, mosquito net, etc.

This is the most serine place to relax and do your meetings. Natural lighting, Garden view, Nice trees fresh air. confort, cleanliness everything top notch. Will always come back. The best place to relax and have fun.

Absolutely everything was supplied and we evem joked that we couldn't think of anything missing. They even provided cooking oil, spices, butter and milk! The apartment was spotless and comfortable and just a short walk to a supermarket and a sportsbar/restaurant (called Scotsdale) that we enjoyed so much. Its a quiet, safe and secure plush suburb of Nairobi and only a short Bolt ride to and from the madness of the capital 😆 Thanks so much for a fabulous time Jacque and Nancy.

“Comfortable stay at arabella suits with a good host and private, well kept space”

Clean, well kept house. Very comfortable bed, sofas etc. Amenities like towels, iron,, iron board, bath items, water, WiFi are provided. Breakfast was provided, eggs bread and milk, tea, coffee, oil. Just enough for our 3 days stay. Host is sweet and has great communication. Enjoyed our stay

Jacqui is such a welcoming host. I liked the flat location and comfort. It was a great gateway to my long trip. The Gallery Mall is very close, with great facilities to pick up cash, or food, or even visit a health food shop.

It was clean, comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen. Jaque was very helpful and answered all my questions (and I ask a lot, lol) at once. She even helped me to find a guide to Nairobi National Park in the last minute. It is far from the city but the neighborhood is the safest in Nairobi. Nancy was waiting for us when we arrived and immediately let us in. There were eggs, bread and milk in the fridge for us. I can recommend this place.

I would not hesitate to stay again!

We were met on arrival by Naomy who was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to tourist attractions - Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum. Bomas of Kenya. It was in a gated community so felt safe.
