Really enjoyed my stay at Phillippos Apartments. It’s a lovely place to watch the sunrise. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and they even allowed me to check in a little earlier, which I really appreciated. I would happily stay here again.

Great location right by the beach. Fabulous views from both our balconies. Cleaning ladies were very friendly too. It had everything we needed in a lovely big studio room.

Location is right beside the sea, so the views are lovely. When you book this place you are paying for the location, not necessarily the standard of rooms. The top floor could do with some modernisation. The ground floor is very noisy with people coming and going and we asked to be moved. We stayed twice, so I have experience in both areas of the hotel. We have been coming to Kos for 20 years and stayed in a bunch of places. This is not the worst, nor is it the best but just shy of €1000 for a week (peak season), it is overpriced, in my opinion. The cleaner does a great job and is very thorough.

This was our second stay here this month as we had a night in Kardamena at the start and end of our holiday to Greece. Philippos was as fantastic and welcoming as the first night. He was also extremely kind when he learned our flight wasn't until 9pm and invited us to use the room as late as we wanted, meaning we could have a whole day out and about in Kos and then return to shower and pack before heading to the airport, rather than having a rushed morning and nowhere to change after being at the beach. The bed is comfy, the room was quiet and really lovely and airy at night owing to the special shutters which let the air in and keep mosquitos out. We will definitely stay here again when we transit through Kos!

Its lovely place. Spacious, fully equipped. Everywhere nice and clean. You feel very welcomed. Great location. Very quiet. Phillipos gave us an extremely warm welcome. The room was spacious (even though we booked the cheapest option) and the two balconies with shutters mean you can have a fresh breeze at night without fear of mosquitos.

One night stop over. Easy check in and out. Comfy bed. Bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. Beautiful sunrise above the sea which is just outside the front door.

Great location, end of town, quiet but only 5 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants, my apartment was facing the beach so I could watch the sunrise from the balcony or walk 10m and watch from the beach. Philippos is so helpful, I arrived late and he had no issues with that at all and very welcoming, rooms spacious, great air conditioning and have everything you need. This is my 3rd time staying there and will always be my first choice.
