The staff were very friendly and polite. Food at the buffet was always great in selection, variety and quality. The rooms were great and of good quality, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great. It was a very relaxing place, fantastic for families during half-term and probably great for couples for when the other people's kids are at school! I definitely recommend this resort.

Very well laid out and tasteful architecture

Location and overall feel of the hotel. It is a really nice place but let down by being a little understaffed resulting in waits and queues for drinks and food like street food, crepes but mainly drinks service needs much work. If you market gotel as ultra all inclusive then they is what it should be, sadly a few things let it down and it is basically standard AI much as you'd get anywhere else.

We stayed at Blue Domes for a short 4 night baby moon end of October. We loved the grounds of the hotel and thought it was beautiful. Rooms were good, although a little outdated which seemed to be a theme throughout the hotel where a little revamp would have refreshed some areas. It would have have been great to have a full length mirror in the room and the lighting was terrible so it was difficult to do make up etc as there wasn’t anywhere to see properly. Food was great. Buffet had a good selection but the restaurants for brunches and dinners were perfect. Staff were lovely and attentive throughout the hotel. Drink selection was really good, proper aperol and other spirits. Unlimited crepes and ice cream all day was great, as well as the fast food place, gyros and salad place. Gyros did keep running out but unsure if it was because it’s towards the end of season. Pool was definitely refreshing! temp was mid 20s end of October but air con in rooms good. Definitely would recommend

Exceptional! All reviews and expected were surpassed. Incredibly lovely dining room staff - Lola, Christina, Rosanna; Reception Klaudia, Kontessa ; housekeeping and so many others. Thanks for the upgrade and private pool - my boys loved it!! Delicious food and fruit - so plentiful. Great beach, fun entertainment, nice yoga class with Katrina- all in all an unforgettable stay..thank you.

The hotel is nestled between impressive mountains on one side and the sea on the other. There are a number of beautiful pools, as well as a pretty beach with sun shades. The minibar has complimentary beer and wine which was a nice touch as well as a coffee machine (though see below re getting coffee restocked). There is a big selection of food at the buffet and several a la carte restaurants which also cater well to kids.

The room with the private pool was amazing, and it was made even better by Monty, who visited us twice an hour to check if we wanted any drinks from the bar. He would collect them and bring them back, so we didn’t have to wait up to 40 minutes for a drink or leave our private pool.

Nothing, although there were good aspects such as Jimmy the drinks guy (brilliant). Overall the incredibly poor service from staff Iike Naya and Alex meant our stay was a disappointment and one I would recommend others avoiding. The resort is a nice 3 star, it is certainly not higher than that.

Food varied and good quality. One complaint on food was the fried eggs were over cooked every morning. Staff mainly attentive and helpful. Hotel had lovely views. Plenty of pools and food and drink facilities. Beach facilities were very good. Some ‘tiredness’ in the room we had but that didn’t impact on us too badly. Overall, a lovely hotel.

Perfect stay for the families who want quite and relaxing time away from civilization. Very good service, fantastic facilities, comfy rooms, wonderful beach. All at its best.
