We had 3 balconies and could always choose where to sit depending on sun and wind. The owner Francesco and his girlfriend Vana are superlovely and do every favour for you. The silence at night. It's very different from the business of Kardamena. Kitchen was well equipped and Francesco offered to provide us anything missing if we needed it. We will definitely come back and recommand this accomodation to everyone who prefers appartments to hotels One advice, you should be mobile with a bike, scooter or car!

We stayed in the pre-season for 1 week and there was absolutely nothing to complain. Big appartment with a fully equipped little kitchen. We slept like babies ☺️ The bathroom is a little small but was totally fine (even to shower 😉). We stayed on the 1st floor and had a lovely view to the sea. Our host Francesco was the most nice guy and was always in a good mood. He was so supportive and had an answer to all our questions. Thanks for having us ☺️

“Very happy with our stay”

The place is only a short distance from the village. The apartment we stayed in (living room, bedroom, bathroom) was pleasant (particularly the outside part) and quite spacious with all necessary amenities and with balconies (with tables, chairs and pillows) everywhere, so that you can have sun or shade any time, depending on what you need. Great value for money, at least at the end of the season, when we visited the island. Also, a great host (an Italian living for years on the island) who picked us from the airport, arranged everything we needed and tried to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.

“Kos apartment for couples and families”

Peaceful, location was perfect, 3 balconies we could choose which to use depending on time of day. Host was so helpful with advice on where to go and see, even booked us a restaurant on last evening. The apartments layout was different to anywhere we'd stayed before, plenty of space for parking, easy access to all areas, which encouraged but didn't force discussion with neighbours. Views were great. Nearby amenities. A car was required, which we planned for..

The location, quiet but near the village. Sea views and three different outdoor spaces. The host was very nice and recomnended places to visit and to eat.

The apartment is spacious with good amenities and two balconies, along with extra towels and bedding. For the price you’ll be surprised at what you get - this is a peaceful haven within a kilometre of the beach and a leisurely walk into the centre of Kardamema. Worth renting a car for ease of travel, and there’s free parking at the apartments. The best thing by far though was Francesco who was an amazing host, going out of his way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, which given this was a very last minute booking after a flight cancellation was much appreciated!

Francesco is the perfect owner. He is available for everything, from the airport transfer to the restaurants and beaches tips and reserves also for you! He is always present, helpful. He makes the difference during your stay. The apt. is new, comfy for a family of four, close to the town center and max 30minutes from the best beaches of Kos. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We weren’t able to stay at Marmaraki itself as there was an emergency issue which made the property unavailable (completely understandable, sometimes things just happen at the worst time possible). However, Vana was Amazon go and sorted a fantastic room in the heart of Kardamaina along with complimentary drinks at the pub attached to the hotel. She was lovely and met us where we parked, helped us with our luggage and was super friendly. the room was very clean and fitted all three of us along with having a little fridge. It was unfortunate that we had to go up several flights of stairs with our luggage but Vana helped us and obviously that’s not a reflection of Marmaraki.
