“Great experience”
It’s a well managed property with all the required facilities. It had a shuttle service to the harem every 30 mins which was excellent. Breakfast was good. Food at Sarah restaurant was also good. Overall good experience

“The hotel need follow up and all the staff as a daily meeting and brief the staff accordingly”
This is not the first time we stay in the same hotel It is gone like done grad from before and one of the staff at breakfast was miss behave with one of our members and I complained to reception he was bad with his service who was coking the ages and we feel service of Hotle going down most of people request as to go to another hotel in future so management must look into this misbehavior. Another issue when I went shesah coffee shop in the garden no one come and ask if you need any service too I went to the staff and asked hem what I need seams thy don’t care ?????

The staff was extremely helpful . They did everything to make my stay and ziyarat comfortable. This is probably the best hotel in karbala Shuttle service to imam Husain shrine was punctual and convenient.
