This apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities you'd expected, including cozy beds, heating, and bathrooms. What sets this place apart is the attention to detail. The landlord is incredibly friendly, making sure you feel welcome and taken care of. The location is fantastic too—close to city centre.The views of the surrounding -mountains. This apartment is very fresh and new. Highly recommended!

Location of the apartment is convenient, manager is very friendly and is always ready to help, bed is very good. There is enough parking space in the yard during any time of the day. Wi-Fi is good as well.

“A beautiful apartment in an excellent location,”
This is a stunning apartment, beautifully decorated with excellent facilities (it is just like the pictures). The kitchen is well-equipped (except there were no knives to go with the forks?). The hosts were very friendly and communicative.

“A modern, comfy and tastfully decorated appartment, a rare find in Karakol where most accomodation is smaller and outdat”
We stayed early July 2023 for a week to acclimatize and prepare fore our long trek in the nearby Terskey Ala-too mountains. The appartment served as a perfect base for that. It’s very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and centrally located. The host was super friendly, responsive and ready to go an extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
