Hôtel is located on the edge of the city. Not a Very fancy location but it makes the job for a short stay, in the low budget category. Room is ok

I don't understand the rating. This is a good hotel, good value for money. Everything was clean, located not too far from the city center. Comfortable bed. The staff is not able to speak english at all, like everywhere in Kazakhstan, so it wasn't easy sometimes to communicate, but you always find a way.

Staff very nice, could leave my luggage the next day at the reception. The shower was clean and working PERFECTLY which I found to be rare in Kazakhstan. VERY good value for money , a little far away from city venter but I knew it when I booked it.

“Helpful staff, cheap and safe. If you are expecting some service, forget it.”
I did not expect much from the hotel given the price. It is just a place you can stay at if you have very limited finances. The stay was absolutely safe, the staff is helpful, and I mean it - the administrator was happy to help me when my cards failed to work and I needed to bu tickets, so she offered to use her card! It's dirt cheap and worth every penny
