“Tour with Murat”

We contacted the host, Murat to give us a tour of the main attractions in the area including Nemrut (extra cost). He picked us up at the bus station in Kahta and dropped us off there the next day. I especially appreciated that he did not smoke in the car like many Turkish drivers like to do. The food at the stay was also delicious (extra cost). The accommodations were basic but functional. For the price, I certainly can't complain. A great compromise between traveling on a budget and not testing my ability to manual on the steep and winding Turkish roads around Nemrut.

We absolutely loved the intimate, family-like atmosphere of this property - it felt incredibly cozy and welcoming :) The service was great, with the kind owners making us feel right at home. Ahmet was simply wonderful! Our mountain getaway was truly spectacular - we were completely happy with this experience.

The owners have been so welcoming and very flexible. Really nice people that let us feel like at home. We appreciated it a lot. The first day they have waited for us until 23:00 in the evening. Room was basic bus spacious and comfortable and with everything you need.

I highly recommend this guesthouse. It's only 12 km and about 20 minutes from Mount Nemrut, making Karadut the most convenient place to stay before your trip to the mountain. We really liked the staff at the guesthouse — very friendly and always available. The room was spacious and clean, with both air conditioning and a heater, and a mountain view from the window. Parking is available along the street near the hotel. Dinner and breakfast are also available on-site, though we didn’t try the food. The price for the stay was very reasonable. If you're looking for a place to stay for one night, this is a great option.

Property is in amazing location, 15 min with car to Nemrud Dag. Cozy and clean room, the place is quiet, we sleep very well(first time in Turkey). The breakfast was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very close to the Mount Nemrut, nice and peaceful area, maybe due to winter season, less tourist around. The room is clean, spacey and comfort with the heater. The host is helpful and friendly. I booked for a night but turned out to be 2 nights, indeed I had a good stay there.

Even though this is a budget friendly pension hotel, the family takes hospitality up to a level that I have never experienced before. Brilliant, kind, and caring. The room and amenities were comfortable, clean, and warm. Thanks so much for being so accommodating about my changed schedule causing a difficult pick up time from Kahta. Special thanks to Ahmet for the delicious breakfasts (amazing), the driving tours, and enduring a freezing and snowy sunrise!

Well run family hotel where father and sons are super friendly and obliging. They picked us up in Katah, drove us to Mt Nemrut at 3am, and again drove us to Siverek to catch our bus... their prices were reasonable. It was a good choice to stay in Karadut.

I used the shared kitchen big surprise bonus as I have dietary issues..i.b.s...vg little shop basics run by Fatima..lots free fruit trees around village karadut too...I took supplies from migros shop in kahta...free bottled water by marut and it's ok tap mountain waters..I drunk many times in 4days there... tesekkurr MURAT..nuler his wife and sons Mohammad &little Mustafa..pure peaceful place no hassler about tours to nemrut all as you wishes

“Ok for a night or two”

The location is beautiful and our room was clean ,spacious. Internet and shower worked fine. Breakfast and dinner were OK. It would be good place to stay with own transport.

Great value and fantastic location to explore Nemrut Dagi and surroundings. We really enjoyed being able to have breakfast and dinner at the pansiyon, and enjoyed the local fruit and vegetables. There was also the option of having a local guide who spoke good English to help explore the beautiful region.
