I was met with very friendly and helpful staff on my arrival. They were excellent. They gave me a quick tour, ensured I am comfortable and left me alone until I asked for help next time. It was excellent!

“not very comfortable pain in leg I book first floor I get 2nd ground floor shop look like3rd floor bad experience”
I book 1st floor but I get 2 nd floor shower is not working very difficult to go with stair my wife is patient pain in leg she is feeling not good after holiday no parking if you try to open gallery so dirty full with dust and rust same bedroom window if you open curtain all dust look never clean
