“Disappointed stay”
Staff behaviour plus no representative of Lokal was present there to assist as the management of Zifan hotels treats the Lokal rooms guests as they are staying in free of charge we demand an extra pillow and some amenties of washrooms ,the person on the front desk of zifan said that we cannot provide anything from zifan as you are staying in Lokal not zifan ,very disappointing, Rooms which they gave us was also very small and congested with no view at all from window .Better to stay other hotels or guesthouses nearby in better environment in 10k amount.

“Surprised and upset by the blatantly hostile and distrustful treatment he received.”
in the last 4 years, I have traveled for my pleasure, in about 30 different countries, staying in many structures, no one has ever treated me with the rudeness, the blatant distrust and contempt, which I had at LOKAL Rooms. At check out I was forced to show my bank statement, to avoid repeating the payment as the receptionists insisted. Payment already made at check in. Bad value for money. Bad experience.
