The property is cosy, quiet, warm, well equipped, and comfortable. It has a good location, just a few minutes from the supermarket, the bus stop, and even the cable. The owners are kind and welcoming people who do everything to make you enjoy your days there.

Nice hotel, good facilties. 10 minutes away from ischgl ski area and close to kappl centre. Friendly hosts in a family run hotel. Breakfast was very good . We had a good time here.

Nice, clean and modern rooms with all the amenities for a good ski trip. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. We all really enjoyed our stay with 7 people in 1 apartment and 1 studio. They were also very accommodating for a late check-in.

“2 days in Tirol”

Nice spacious room, clean, good bed, great balcony, in the middle of three town Kappl. Extensive breakfast, warm and welcome.

“NEVER AGAIN - unfriendliness and unfairness to its pure status”

January 2024 - property owner very unfriendly, greedy and bad mannered!! When in the process of booking, in email exchanges and on their website they offered FREE SAUNA to convince us to go there, but once we were there THEY SAID WE HAVE TO PAY IT EXTRA. Once we showed them the exchanges, they started yelling at us that we had hacked their website (crazy isn´t it). Then they claimed that the information in the English website anyway doesn´t count... finally after our discussion they have now changed it. The problem was not if it was to be paid or not, but the ARROGANT and UNFRIENDLY and GREEDY attitude of the host. If they said, "we are sorry there must have been a mismatch between the German website (updated with fee) and the English one (still showing free sauna)" and maybe as a customer oriented host offered 1 sauna-session for free and the others for a fee that would have been perfectly acceptable and showing their good will. Instead the fact that they started yelling around at us, while we were their customers, seems to show that this was not simply a mistake on their side and they got mad we unveiled it!! SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE. Maybe after all they were mad that we did not cancel the reservation via booking and did one directly with them to allow them to use booking advertising for free and cash the full reservation price without paying the booking.com fees.

Very nice and helpful hosts. Very good and generous breakfast. Clean and calm place. Nothing to complain avout. We used Kappl as a base for skiing in the region. Easy access by car to and from Ischgl with lost of parking possibilitys near the lifts/cable cars. EV no problem what so ever. Charging possibilities both in Kappl and Ischgl (even in the P-garage during skiing). Our week in Kappl/Ischgl/Samnaun was perfect.

“Very enjoyable stay!”

Very good localization in the center of Kappl. The room was clean and cosy. The beds were very comfortable. There was a shoe dryer in the building for the ski shoes and a garage to keep our skis. We really enjoyed the breakfast! It was open from 7:30 am which enabled us to go skiing just when the ski lift was opening. There was a variety of food and drink to choose from (including a really lovely coffee - both expresso from a coffee machine and filter coffee) and everything was fresh and delicious. The owners were very kind and helpful. Every day we head clean towels and a bottle of fresh water on the table - that was a small but kind gesture and we appreciated it. We also loved the soundproof windows in our apartment - there is a creek nearby witch is quite loud but when you close the windows you don't hear it at all. If you go in winter and it is snowing heavily - don't forget to take your snow chains with you because the road to the apartment is really steep!

The hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants, skibus stop to Ischgl, cable car to Kappl ski area and local shops. Parking space and ski locker is also provided. Room was clean, serviced daily, well furnished, spacious enough. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. There was bread, croissant, cheese, ham, eggs, salad, fruits, cereal, real honey, etc, you name it. All fresh. Owners are very nice people. Friendly, helpful, greeting their guests with a smile every day. Definitely would go back again.

“Fantastic stay in Kappl”

It is not often that we use 10 out of 10 as a score, because there is almost always at least a small thing that can be improved. But this B&B or Chalet met all the demands and wishes we had: comfortable beds, large and well equipped room, good bathroom, marvelous breakfast and warm, friendly (and informative) hosts. We found no reason to not come back here! Hope it will happen!
