“Good family run hotel. Convenient for skiing, but away from noisy bars in the town centre.”

We booked the hotel which is situated away from the centre of Kappl as we wished to ski in Ischgl, but were unable to find anything half board at a reasonable price. As we had a car we were not worried about driving a short distance to the town, However we were delighted with the free taxi service provided by the hotel which dropped us off at the lifts and picked us up at a pre-arranged time at the end of the day. No messing around putting boots on in the car parks and the long walk to the lifts., We found the hotel to be above our expectations as the staff were very helpful and welcoming and spoke good English. The breakfast was plentiful and varied with a wide selection cooked meats, cheeses cereals juices etc. plus eggs cooked on request. The dinner was excellent with salad, soup, main course (choice of 3 picked at breakfast) and pudding. My partner is on a gluten free diet and the staff were careful to ensure that all her meals were gluten free and if required made something off the menu for her. This meant that we didn't have to ask about each dish and made dining a very enjoyable experience. There was also a small bar area adjacent to the dining room. Our room was a reasonable size with en-suite shower and toilet with comfortable beds and was cleaned each day, The carpark was adjacent to the hotel and although seemed to be a safe location. We are happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to ski in Ischgl or Kappl, take part in a bit of light apres ski, and get back to the hotel for good dinner and a good nights sleep. We appreciated the quiet location and not being kept awake all night by the revellers singing and shouting in the larger resort,

The hole trip and Hotel was amazing. The Stuff very friendly and helpful with what ever you have had asked for. Highly recommended... Just please note, travel to Kappl CBD/ Church first, then put in the right address of the Hotel/ Property! during winter, the steep road is very hard to tackle! Easy during the back way >> Kappl CBD/ Church >> then Hotel < < ! ! !

First of all, shuttle service was organized very well by owners, what helped me a lot . They also welcomed me with a drink when I got in hotel. Room was super clean , service was great, very pleasant. Breakfast was very rich, all you can eat. If you wanna something extra, you can ask for it. Very nice experience, better than any other hotel I use to be ... I will definitely come back with my friends, because you have everything you need in one place ! Thank you dear owners for wonderful day in your hotel!

Exceptional service from hosting family. Very warm welcome, regular check if everything is ok. Breakfast more than delicious. I have found my base for Ischgl skiing.

The hotel is in a Very good location as only 8 minutes drive away from Ischgl. The Owners and the hotel staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel provides a free Ski shuttle service in case you don’t want to drive your own car to the main ischgl ski cable car.

The shuttle to Ischgl is great since there is no free parking around the ski lift and it is quite a walk to the lift from it. The hotel is on a hill and walking to a bus can be a challange in ski boots. Food is very good and serves different eating habits. There is plenty of parking space and proper ski room.

Cozy, family run hotel. Uncomplicated shuttle included, you just need to sign up for your preferred time and they deliver you from ski room to gandolas and back. Perfect if you want to ski in Ischgl! If you are lookig for bars, restaurants, shopping and night life, then not the best option since there is nothing around the hotel. For breakfast you have coffee and eggs your way delivered to the table and a buffet. Breakfast starts at 7:30, first shuttle at 8:15, then every 30 minutes. For dinner you have a buffet for soups and salads and a homemade main dish with dessert. For the main we had 2 choices every day. Dinner starts at 18:30, I would come for the opening to make sure there are still plenty of options. Our room had a beautiful view into the valley and had everything needed. It is quiet in the area, we had a good sleep.

Breakfast and dinner are excellent in my view. Breakfast includes all the goodies wished for including fresh fruits, muesli, scrambled eggs etc. Evening meals are delicate and excellent wines can be ordered too. The atmosphere is very agreeable due to the very friendly staff. We always feel very welcomed (it was our 4th stay). During the ski-season, a shuttle service is organised, free of charge !!, which takes you in 15 minutes directly to the ski area of Ischgl. This service saves a lot of time, no more walking through Ischgl from your parked car to the ski-lifts, no more parking fees in Ischgl etc ! Departure every 30 minutes in the morning which is really flexible. Same at the end of the Ski day. Additional Bonus of the Ski-shuttle: you get to know other guests.

“Extremely happy we stayed”

We arrived very early but were given a choice of rooms that were already cleaned. Good room with a nice view, standard room was spacious enough, of course you can always upgrade if you want to. We had half board and the breakfasts and dinners were very good, certainly better than you might expect for 'just' a 3 star hotel. Staff was super friendly. They also offer a shuttle service to and from Ischgl so don't worry about staying in Ischgl if that's where you mainly want to ski/snowboard. Loved the free parking in the garage too.
