The house is very comfortable and well looked after and the owners take great pride in it and have made things to be as welcoming and homely as possible. My room was large, with its own balcony and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is well appointed and also very clean.

Big cozy rooms, nice hosts. Everything you want, if you ask for it and also if you don't ask ( due to Armenian conviviality :) )

We spent 4 nights here - a group of friends on a trek. Very nice and comfortable accommodation in a village house with a garden. Friendly and helpful owner who lives in the property. We were treated to a warm welcome. He arranged other services for us and was always available. Clean, quiet, very comfortable, good location for travelers. Very spacious and nicely equipped rooms. Rich and tasty breakfast. Excellent value for money.

I enjoyed staying at Alex B&B. This place is great to rest before hiking Mount Khustup and it also gives you a great opportunity to discover Kapan. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Whether you need a taxi or some laundry done, they are ready to help. And do try the dinner here! It is splendid! In short, I highly recommend staying here. Especially if you are also hiking the TCT or the Legends Trail.

Very warm welcome !

The location isn’t right in the center but more peaceful, which we like, because the Main Street is very noisy. The rooms are big and spacious. The hosts were very friendly and nice. I recommend walking to Bekh village which is very close to the accommodation.

Lovely place, very nice hosts, generous breakfast. The hosts did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and help us with everything we needed (like booking a 4x4 drive to the base of the mountain treks). On the lists of facilities there was no WiFi and we were pleasantly surprised that not only the internet connection was available, but also that the signal was strong and the link fast.

Charming and welcoming (but not intrusive!) hosts. For the most part, I felt like I was visiting relatives. As for already 10 trips to Armenia and Artsakh, it is definitely in top 5, or even top 3 of my stays

The couple that runs this bed & breakfast is absolutely wonderful. They prepared several delicious meals for us and were so hospitable. I felt like we got to know Kapan so much better by staying with them. It is much more interesting to stay in a bed and breakfast than a hotel. The place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would absolutely come back.

I had a terrific stay at Alex b&b. The accommodation was super clean and well equipped with all amenities. The house has a beautiful and quiet garden and spacious rooms. The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming. The food was amazing, with lots of fresh herbs, fruits, jams, etc, all produced by the hosts. I would highly recommend this bnb for anyone who is travelling to Kapan and wants to make an amazing experience.
