I must admit that the hotel experience was rather disappointing. On the very first day after checking in, I discovered that the toilet was clogged. I called for maintenance, and the staff who came to fix it were very helpful—they resolved the issue quickly. However, we later realized that there were no bath towels or hand towels in the room at all. When we wanted to drink water, we noticed that the bottled water in the room had already been opened by someone before. I called the front desk multiple times about these issues, but after waiting for a long time, no one came to help. Eventually, I had no choice but to go downstairs myself to fetch what we needed. Despite having called twice earlier, the front desk staff had completely forgotten about my requests, which was truly disappointing. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the hotel kept cutting in and out—it would disconnect suddenly while in use and only recover after several minutes. When I tried to open the window for some ventilation, I found that it couldn’t be opened at all. Overall, the experience was not particularly pleasant.
